I am raising my review from 4 stars to 5. They always answer the phone and are always happy to help. Thank you guysEdit: would honestly give this place 10+ stars if I could, i called many locations before to ask about there controller warranty and these guys were the most helpful, the only other location that compares to this is south Common location.

I returned an unopened item. She tried to tell me that I opened the box. I asked her is she wants to borrow my glasses, she took the item back. Go figure !!!

Zero ......my experience is very bad over there..i buy new game for my kid 2 month ago....my 6 ywar boy just little damage the game...i went in store..a man with long hair....say no..no..he not even listen what i am saying..very bad...servies..please go any other place...
