I've had the great pleasure to work with Jen McKay and her staff for a over the years organizing their trips to Ottawa. The kids are amazing and so well behaved that even our suppliers commented on them and how they look forward to having the future students back from Matthews Hall. I look forward to working with such a great team and taking the students at Matthews Hall on their future educational trips.

The best part about Mathews Hall is the rich multicultural environment. I am moved to tears every time I witness the profound inclusivity, diversity and comradery in the school theatrical/ musical productions, events and day to day life.

Matthews Hall Independent School
We have had children enrolled in this school since the February 2018 and we are extremely happy with Matthews Hall. The children are happy, motivated to learn and want to go to school! The new addition is amazing and the children love the new learning spaces. The school is run by a great group of leaders and the faculty care for and go the extra mile for the children.

Matthews Hall Independent School
Our son, Mason, started at Matthews Hall in JK, and is now in Grade One. Since he started, the school has exceeded our expectations. Mason is thriving under the leadership of the school, the (ever-enthusiastic) teachers, and the environment. The smaller class sizes, and the diverse group of students, parents, and staff have enriched his learning experiences. The fun, extra curricular activities (along with house group activities) makes for easy drop-off, and I often get the look" if I pick him up too early from after school. I love that he is becoming a leader

Matthews Hall Independent School
My children attended this school. They are great children and we never had any issues. Not knowing why or for what reason, we were not given re-enrollment. Not sad at all as the school is going down hill with the new Administrator. Have heard several other colour families have had challenges with this individual. Not worth the tuition as our public schools provide much more academics and social opportunities for the children.

This is our family’s third year at Matthews Hall. The staff are great, the educational experience is diverse and engaging, and our children are happy. Smaller classes sizes was the draw for our family.

Matthews Hall Independent School
Sending my kids to this school has exceeded my greatest expectations. The teachers are enthusiastic, engaged and passionate about their job. The children feel safe and cared for. The administration are inspiring leaders that listen to concerns and deal with issues that come up. My kids love going to school every day. The overall environment is so positive and full of wonderful people. I can’t imagine being anywhere else.
