If you like the smell of burning sugar all day, it's next door to the sugar factory. Otherwise nice. Has bike tools outside by the bike rack.

15 Queens Quay E has gotten out of hand recently. Not a nice place to live if you’re looking for quiet in your own home. From loud partying all night in the party room, loud neighbours, drilling from construction at all hours of the day and noise from city construction. Really unfortunate. Plus a large sports bar with patio will be built on the ground floor adding to a ton of commotion around the entrance to the building….can’t wait to move out!
