Had the Philly Cheese Steak and it was great. Pretty quick service. Two guys there not the most pleasant people in the world, I guess they rather be elsewhere.

I’ve been eating at Charleys at Square One for 20+ years but recently had to stop and I will not be going back. On more than one occasion, I found chicken bones in my sandwich that I almost broke my teeth on. It was either bones or plastic. The first time I chalked it up to a one-off incident but it still threw me off. So I gave Charleys a second chance and it happened again and I almost threw up at the food court. I sent an email to the team at Charleys and received the most generic response ever. It was clear they were not willing to remedy the situation as they kept giving such flippant responses even when I responded. They don’t care to investigate these incidents at all. This happened about 6 months ago and I have not eaten Charleys again nor do I plan to, and I’ve told everyone I know who frequents Charleys about my experience. They wont eat there anymore either. For anyone ordering any of their chicken sandwiches, be weary. It’s too bad that this establishment has gone downhill after so many years of making great sandwiches.

My daughter order ubereatsShe got fries and when she got the delivery the box was open and instead fries in the box she got the fries in the bag.The box was open and even the bag wasn't closed properly, its just waist of money, because who wants to eat those fries. They not supposed to give orders to ubereats not closing the order properly, I don't know if someone didn't touch her food.This is very poor service.Never again I will order from them.

The sandwich was alright. I had juicier at burger factory. But man I gotta say the fries were horrible I’d give it a one star for the fries only. The cheese was bad and potatoes were not good at all for someone who’s loves fries! Rip off!

I got the Philly cheese steak it was so good it is bad.Let’s just say I fully regretted after it gave me an allergic reaction. I constantly felt uneasy after eating it came home my face started to swell.

No stars are not an option unfortunately.On June 13th, 2023, my son visited Charlie's Philly Cheesesteaks at the Square One location and consumed food from the establishment. Following the meal, he experienced symptoms of food poisoning, including nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. These symptoms persisted for two days, during which the severity of the condition worsened.Due to the worsening symptoms and concerns regarding his health, I sought immediate medical attention. As a result, he was admitted to Trillium Hospital in Mississauga. After medical evaluation, it was determined that the food poisoning had caused severe kidney damage. He was in hospital for 3 days.Please be cautious of this establishment. Charlie's Philly Cheesesteaks should take immediate action to investigate the cause of the food poisoning and implement measures to prevent any further occurrences. This should involve a thorough examination of their food handling and preparation processes, as well as their supply chain.Awareness and action can help prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Just ate here with the girlfriend, amazing food best Cheesesteak in the city!! Friendly and fun staff, quick service, just awesome. Id give 10 stars if i could. Make sure you try this, and that American cheese is to die for! Ill definitely be back!

Pretty good cheese steak. There's one in the Pen center (St. Catharines mall), they used to do a really great BBQ cheddar steak sandwich. This location, you can ask for extra BBQ sauce and likely cheddar cheese, and it tastes pretty decent though. Supreme - bacon/ cheese sauce fries are really good, although it's a pretty expensive meal going over $20 pretty easily.

Please do not eat here. I ordered -1. Ultimate fries2. Small steak sandwich and fries.The ultimate fries had a hair. (I'm happy to share the pics). A take out/restaurant which cannot maintain basic hygiene requirements should not be handling food.The sandwich was with instructions for no lettuce. Clearly the staff cannot read simple instructions.Also, they did not include the small fries in the delivery.Eat at this place at your own risk.

the food was good, but i think the people who prepare it should use something to cover their hair, i think they are more concerned about looking good than taking care of hygiene
