Horrible experience. Very unprofessional lock smith. They sent a lock smith that had removed my lock and couldn't fix a new one and left without putting the old one back. When I called back no proper response. You need to take care of your clients not only when they order but also when they complain. You can see the status yourself on how the lock and door was left by the locksmith.

The technician arrived right away within 20 minutes The guys was real nice. The only problem I had was the service was $200 for the guy to drill out my lock and leave me with a broken lock. So I had to pay $200 to break my lock and another $100 for a new lock way to expensive the guy had the lock broken in less than 30 minutes. Not the technician fault he was just doing his job the company needs way better prices I will shop somewhere else next time.

Great service today. Needed new electronic key requiring programming. Eric was very helpful, even jumped my car battery when it wouldn't start. Also made some spare house keys for me. They have everything you need for mobile service and are helpful above and beyond for their customers. I will use the service again should I need a locksmith. Thank you for a great customer experience.
