I highly recommend Computer Depot. Fred is a master of customer service. He is one of those few that really care about the customer and the products they bring in for service. I have an older HP Pavillion and was instructed by Fred to upgrade the computer for speed and performance. I was quoted a very fair price and the next day, my computer was ready. This really is a one stop shop and I will be returning for all of my computer tuning in the future.

I've been dealing with Fred for two years now and am wholly satisfied with his technical knowledge and quality of service. His prices are very fair and he really stands behind his work. So far he has upgraded my desktop computer to Windows 7, upgraded my old XP laptop including memory and a digital hard dive, and sold me a new laptop and colour laser printer. He has also routinely cleaned my computers when I got some weird virus that Norton didn't catch. First Class!

I have dealt with Fred for the past 15+ years and am very happy with his service. He is honest and up front with his recommendations and will do what is necessary to repair your product. He stands by his work and if there is still a problem after he has fixed it he will stand by his work and not charge extra.

I'm fairly new to the area and I found Computer Depot Vancouver through a google search. I'm so glad I did! My printer is not working and I needed to print an important document immediately. I called the store and Fred graciously offered to print the document for me at no charge. Needless to say I will be going to Computer Depot for a new printer and for any future computer needs because that simple act of kindness showed me he truly cares about his customers and people in general.

I have been dealing with Fred at the Computer Depot for many years and have found him to be personable and helpful. His advice has generally been timely and accurate. He has on occasion been able to troubleshoot over the telephone. The service has been reliable and a reasonable cost. When he has been able, he has matched prices of parts from Big Box" stores and has always been willing to install parts purchased elsewhere. I would highly recommend this service"
