This location is an absolute paradise. Our family has made it a tradition to visit during the summer, enjoying activities like swimming and paddle boating while escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The only drawback we've noticed is the limited availability of parking spots.

Had a nice little hike around this lake. Distance is about 3KM and perfect for those new to hiking, and most of the path is well shaded and offer relaxing outdoor experience. Just make sure to plan your hike well after a rainy day to guarantee a dry trail.

If you visited the Bond Lake in the fall, your mind would be bonded with the images of fall foliage reflection in the water and the path surrounded by colorful trees. The trail is around the lake, a short but moderately challenging route. A very busy spot, avoid weekends or even weekdays afternoon. Parkings are limited. The trail is connected to the Oak Ridges trail.

it has beautiful trails along the lake or up around. the parking lot is small, it has limited parking, if you wait, you can get a spot not too long. you can also Park along the road. If you go in the winter time it is better to wear appropriate Footwear or bring a hiking stick. these help you walk on steep slopes.

Bond Lake
I can’t describe what an amazing place this is. Early in the mornings it is heaven in the middle of the city! I was reading somewhere that this lake used to be a major tourist attraction in the early 1900 but is now just home to a lot of local neighborhoods and and natural flora and fauna. The bond lake trail offers a great trek around the lake as well as deep into the forest. There are a lot of birds to observe. The only disadvantage is there is no parking space at all, so be prepared for that if you are only visiting here.

Beautiful park and lake. But if you come at weekends, you may spend a lot time on finding a parking space.

This place is gorgeous year round, but especially in the autumn. Definitely a hidden gem. Once you’re walking through the trails, it doesn’t feel as if you’re in Richmond Hill anymore.Highly recommend visiting in the winter as well and walking across the frozen lake!
