Outside the Box Assembly and Installation Services

I highly recommend Outside the Box! My furniture (office and spare bedroom) sat in boxes in my rooms for six weeks until I finally made the call to Justin. He made time in his busy schedule to come over within two days of my phone call. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about both furniture brands (Sauder, Ikea). He never grumbled about the assembly (I seem to have a knack for choosing the furniture with the most intricate pieces) - he just diligently set to work and got it done. The furniture is beautifully assembled (drawers sliding perfectly, metal accents on at perfect right angles). He left both rooms tidy and move-in ready. His prices are extremely reasonable. My only regret is not calling him sooner - I love my two new rooms!

I had to change the appointment several times because the item to be assembled was missing parts and the replacements took several weeks to come. Outside the Box was always courteous, cheerful and helpful

Absolutely LOVE this company, they are very kind and hard working, they told me what they can do and anything they couldnt, they gave me an even better option, the prices are reasonable and they got me an appointment as soon as they could but i could understand because they were BOOKED! I will 100% come back to ask them for help!

They don't respect their appointments and don't care about their customers at all.I took an appointment with them and they informed me that it will be at 8:30 am. No one showed up so i called and have been informed that the time window is 7am to 11am and whoever gave me the initial appointment did an unintentional mistake.I understood the situation, called my work informing them I will be late.Now it is 11:45 am and no one from the Outside the box company is neither answering the phone nor replying to the email.I know I can refund but seriously what a refund will do after waiting for more than 3 weeks to install a garage door opener?!For the info, The above is the second appointment. The first was extremely unprofessional and they claimed that it was also an unintentional" mistake from the lady giving me the appointment (three weeks ago).It is up to you to use their service or not. I am just giving my experience online to avoid the same happening to anyone in the future since I am really frustrated now (out of my work

Great job by Outside the Box Assembly. We bought a portable basketball net from Canadian Tire and Justin had it assembled in no time. Would most definitely use again for other projects

Extremely happy with his service especially because I was booking him from Toronto and hoping all worked out when I got to Orleans. I was so pleased with his professionalism and the set up fo my granddaughters swing set was done to perfection. Thank you Mr Service

I got halfway through putting together a wobbly, crooked chair before I gave up and called Outside the Box. Service is amazing - they give a reasonable 2-hr window, show up as promised, and they are willing to come at almost any hour of the day.While I was relaxing, my chairs were easily assembled, and they tidied up afterwards and took care of all the packaging. Highly recommend this professional company that delivers great results!

Do not use this company. Are not versatile enough to move equipment in tight stairwells. Also slow to respond. Took them 3 weeks to determine they could not do the job. Not impressed

Asked for a quote directly from their website and the response from customer service was prompt. I confirmed my booking for a Saturday and waited for the technician to call me as the e-mail stated. No one called or arrived at the scene. The time frame elapsed and I sent an email to customer service letting them know. A quick reply came in letting me know the technician tried to call me but had the wrong number (I looked at the email trail and my info was noted correctly) and that his assistant went to the hospital. Fine. Things happen. I'm a very understanding person. The email asked if I was free the next day (Sunday) as the tech was certainly interested to complete the job. So I cancelled my Sunday plans to accommodate the appointment. Sunday came and no one called or showed up. Stay away if you want your projects completed.
