We were looking for a reputable, honest, affordable, custom home builder in Guelph. On a leap of faith we contracted with Andrew Lambden of Terra View Custom Homes to: permit, design, build, and remove existing dwelling, while we lived out of province.The outcome? Brilliant! Terra View President/Architect Dave Brix had many, many, many challenges on this project. ( too numerous to list, ) Dave’s design looked good on paper, but in reality this house is attractive, comfortable, practicable, efficient to live in.There wasn’t an issue that they couldn’t resolve, our home was brought in on time, professionally done in every detail, and on budget, cost/square foot was very reasonable. After possession what little support we’ve needed Terra View has been there.We cannot emphasize enough, how good Terra View’s people are to work with, easy no drama; this custom home build was a very good experience for us; we’d do it again with Terra View - Charlene, Dave, Andrew, Chris - in a heartbeat. Thanks so much for building us our custom dream home . We used Terra View Homes for the demolition of an older home and worked closely with Dave, Chris and Charlene to design our new home from start to finish. The entire process was enjoyable and easy as everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and professional . We found selling our house a harder process than the new build. Even after we moved in, Terra View was prompt to respond to any issues that came up (not many did). We love our home and can’t thank you enough for all your hard work.

I just got my new home built by Terra View, the most beautiful home, my kids and I love it. It was an amazing journey, I had the privilege of working with amazing people like Shelley, Charlene, Brittany, Lisa, Keisha, Elijah, Kevin, Jeremy and Dave Brix who is the president and the Architect. Each and every one of these individuals are experts in their role and together they make an exceptional team providing an outstanding product and service. Despite COVID and the challenges it brought with it, Terra View team stayed steadfast and very loyal to its customers. I have purchased new homes from builders in the past but none of them come close to the quality and service that Terra View provided. I was very pleasantly surprized when I was told that my final review meeting will be with Dave Brix, in my past experience I had never had an opportunity to actually go over the plans with the architect directly. Dave was very patient, answered all my questions and gave great design suggestions, it was a great experience and it showed the passion that Dave has for his work and the commitment to his customers. My family and I want to thank Terra View team from the bottom of our hearts for giving us a beautiful dream home. I highly recommend Terra View to any and all who are in the market to purchase a new home.

I just would like to make a note here that the representative's approach had to be the same kindness for both potential home-buyers and non-buyers (because of the limited mortgage amount). Our experience was that she behaved as if we should stop asking question and go out of the model house.
