I've came for both dim sum and dinner service and enjoyed the overall experience.Overall food was on point, nothing stood out, but not a bad thing either. Service was excellent, servers were polite and attentive. Prices of this restaurant are on the high end.General vibe of this Chinese restaurant is fancier and you can see they want to position itself as a mid-range luxury Chinese restaurant. This is reflected in its pricing, decor and service, however lacking in the food department to match other restaurants of that caliber. It's also not an appropriate strategy for this location in a neighborhood plaza - most coming here would be looking for a casual meal close to home rather than a splurge, unlike the other Chinese restaurant offerings from this chain in Scarborough. On the few occasions I've been, the restaurant remained mostly empty. Hopefully they can come up with a more effective approach to capture the clientele, or else they might not last long, like the predecessor in the location.

New restaurant, so expect lots of people to dine here in the first few weeks as everyone likes to try a new spot.This is not a big space but it does the job to serve the local communities. Nice decor and very typical fine dining interior design.Dim Sum is overall good. Haven't try its dinner combo yet.They currently have some discounted food items such as the abalone e-fu noodles and they warm it up with candle underneath, so it's not bad.It is a bit odd that a new resto only opens up for a few weeks and they already have discounted items, usually a new resto needs to provide the regular set prices for a few months before they can start having discounted items, anyhow, it benefits the patrons I guess.

This new Chinese restaurant was just opened in Toronto a week or two ago. The dim sum dishes were pretty good, especially the pork liver congee. They served goose liver shrimp dumpling too, which I have never tasted before.

One word summary for dinner dine-in: RUSH!Service is half the experience and I felt being rushed from the moment I sit down to getting my butt out the door. Terrible.Food is actually decent, but given the inflated price compared to nearby competitors, that should be expected.The member card is a scam. $10 for the card + $20 for the voucher" that you can't use until you return for dinner next time. And it comes with a month and a half expiry date! Totally a scam!12% tips included and their waitress in private suggest to give her extra separately because apparently those mandatory 'tips' are not tips!Summary: if you feel like getting robbed while being rushed out the door

I used to go to this place often, but my most recent visit was horrendous. They tried to charge us extra and changed our dishes to a cheaper one without any warning or discount. The small old manager was extremely rude to our table and would not let anyone talk. When the female manager would take over, he would keep nagging and complain afterwards.First off, our entire table clearly mentioned that we did not want to spend an additional $15 for the lettuce wraps. When he said that it would be on the house, we agreed. But he decided to charge us for it anyway, claiming that he never said it. Given the entire table of 8 listening and previously already deciding that we did not want the additional cost, it is clear that he is scamming us into paying a higher price.Second, the original combo we ordered had the huge dish of baked grouper served over fire. This was the star of the combo, worth around $50 originally. We ordered the exact same combo weeks ago, so we are very well aware of each dish. However, what was served instead was a plate of fried vegetables with thin slices of white fish. The old manager claims to have told the table, but when asked, only mentioned it to one person at the table who did not understand Cantonese. We definitely would not have ordered the same set knowing this detail.It was the first time we invited our extended family to celebrate a birthday, but it was ruined by this old manager’s rudeness and scamming. We spent over 30 minutes conversing with him instead of enjoying our dinner.

We had our brunch on Saturday, on the mother's day weekend of 2023.I knew it's a new location of 鸿福 restaurant which is a old and Chinese restaurant with good reputation located in Scarborough.The food is very delicious. Servers are friendly and serve quickly.As it's newly opened, it's newly renovated, and not as crowded as other places of yum cha". But I believe it will get busier soon when people are noticing it."

Fresh and hot food. 夠鑊氣，調味剛剛好。Very good dim sum.Good choice for desserts for a dim sum place.Table size is spacious for 8 people. Can fit a few more in a tighter fit.Servers come to refill hot water and tea often even during lunch hour.Price is fair. The 8 of us end up very full and satisfy and the bill only came down to $23 with 12% service included.

Expect long wait time and rushed experience... as the place is new and they are trying to serve as many customers as they can. Price was a bit steep and the food were alright. Staff were a bit TOO attentive - constantly asking if I was done with soup or other dishes, and gawking over to a point my fam and I felt a bit uneasy. $158 for four dishes, soup, desserts and tips was... too pricey for my taste. Most likely won't return for dinner, but I may try their BBQ in the future.

This Restaurant has great respectful customer service. The food arrived on time and the servers are very helpful and pay close attention to details with their food. The food was delivered to the table fresh and hot. They even go beyond and above to keep cleaning up the table and plates. The atmosphere is very well cleaned and organized. Overall we are happy with their food presentation. We would recommend anyone who enjoy excellent customer service and freshly made delicious food.
