Hi,I am new immigrant to land in canada few days back..I went here for my health card but they asked me to go to owen sound service ontario.The staff was very polite.

Very prompt and thorough service. Even showed I had a discount coming.

Every time I have been there I am told we can't do this here. So I go to Owen Sound and get services the Port ElginOffice could not process. The first question that is asked when they see a Port Elgin address they are amazed that our office is basically useless apologize for the fact that I have gone out of my way to get basic service. They say they proccess many customers from our area that have had to drive all the way over to Owen Sound .I only gave 1 star because I can't leave 0 stars unfortunately. I just do my government stuff when I am going to be in the big city anyways. Totally inept....Use at your own peril.

This is the best service ontario I've ever been to in my life. The staff do exactly what every service ontario should do, assist customers as best as they can. The girl I had today went above and beyond in her assistance with me. I didn't have to do anything besides give my ID and sign something, she did it all for me in a professional and very timely manner. Not to mention that the wait times are super low or non existent. Will definitely be using this, even when I'm not in town, for any ontario service work.

She had no idea what she was doing and couldn't help me. Also she was only was if she can't do the job she shouldn't be there alone. I bought a car and went in for temp plates she said I can't have until I certified the car i said thats what temp plates are for. Unfortunately she couldn't understand that and actually said I can have them when its certified but I don't need temp plate if certified. Wow unbelievably

Always friendly staff. Small location. Hours are currently limited during covid so be sure to check.

Very efficient. 2 lady’s working. Not exactly in and out but they sorted my paperwork with no fuss. Be patient. They were both professional

The best Service Ontario in the area. Friendly and personable staff. Very helpful and informative, too! It's obvious the employees here enjoy coming to work, and make the transaction an easy one. Even if you didn't bring everything you needed, they'll definitely get you situated so that won't happen your next visit. Thanks ladies, its always a pleasure.
