Amazing people providing amazing care to animals. Recently had to say goodbye to our dog and we received a condolence card signed by each of the staff. What a thoughtful thing to do during our loss. Thank you for all the care you provided for Milo.

Dr. Donna Campbell and her entire staff are amazing! They are compassionate and truly care about each and every animal that they see. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for taking such great care of all of the animals and for being excellent at what you do!

My 15 year old Shitzu needed to be evaluated health and age being a concern. The vet took a lot of time(Outside in the freezing cold) to make sure I understood her recommendaions.They were most understanding about my financial position as a senior and Iso appreciated that extra care.

Great service .Very thorough .Always takes time to answer any questions or concerns .Nice small family practice who really truly cares for animals and their owners .We have tried many different veterinary clinics and find it is rare to have a clinic who has not exceeded their patient limits and takes the well being of their clients over financial gains .

This animal hospital has zero compassion for you, or your pets. They traumatized my family, with thier lack of care. Please do NOT take your beloved pets here.

I have taken my furry friends to several different animal clinics over the years. Rose City Animal Hospital is hands down the best in the Niagara region. Reasonable prices, and a caring pleasant staff!

Dr Campbell is wonderful! She takes time to explain and make sure that I understand any issues being discussed and makes sure that I understand all of my options. She provides excellent care for my two dogs. She is compassionate and kind. I can honestly say that in all of my years of having the joy of sharing my life with my pets, I have never had such an amazing vet, that cares not only for the animals that she treats but for their owners too.Just an update to my eight year old review. The entire team at Rose City Animal Hospital are wonderful!Dr Campbell has been my veterinarian for over 13 years and have to say that when I heard that she was retiring it was a very selfishly sad day for me. I was very happy for her very well deserved retirement but have found her to be still helping out at the clinic, so still selfishly happy.Dr Caron joined the practice several years ago and absolutely love her too. She is also very thorough with her examinations, takes the time to ensure that I understand all of my options and is compassionate and kind.Wouldn't trust my furkids with anyone else!
