I asked for a fresh Mama burger with tomato, chubby mayo, spicy sauce/red jalapeno aioli on it but got just chipotle sauce on it. The burger was old/cold I couldn't even eat it. Never coming there.

I went there twice: the first time in mid-March and the 2nd time in late March. Both times I ordered the same thing: 2 Mama burgers and one order of onion rings. On my first time, they were out of rings and the burgers didn't have sesame seeds on their buns. The food, however was served fast, fresh and was tasty. Everything was fixed the 2nd time around: buns had seeds and rings were available for order. In fact, the rings container I received was packed solid.The place just opened a few weeks ago, people. Give it a 2nd chance once they've figured out how to run it.

Location needs better training and staff immediately. I have been here min 10 times, and the last time is likely the end of A&W at this location getting my business.For the last 3 or 4 times I’ve went to the resto, there have been no onion rings. I am pretty sure that is a staple, and I know it isn’t supply chain issues because your other locations all have them.The last time I went I waited more than 30 min for an order in an empty restaurant. I was on my lunch hour.The staff were overwhelmed and when asked by the manager if they needed help they all said no - twice. I had to speak up and tell the manager they needed help. There was also a 3 or 4 year old who was running behind the counter and no employee did anything to remove the child from the situation… just smiled and continued working as though that is not an issue.Excited for Popeyes and Dominos to open so there are more options in the mall.

We have given this a restaurant a fair chance. 4/5 times our drive-thru order has been wrong. Including missing items 2 of those times. Both times we were charged for the missing items. I called to speak to management since often they are unaware of staff shortcomings and the phone wasn't even answered during business hours, nor was the voicemail enabled. Try another location.

All 4x I went, I waited in the drive thru for 10 mins before anyone acknowledge me then spent another 15-25mins at the window.Thank god the drive thru has a cut out to exit which I used today, so did the person behind me. The service is extremely slow, not very good at all. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or incorrect training as it’s a new location but it’s off to a bad start.

Visited in June 2023: Dropped by this location as we received a coupon in mail and we would like to give it a try! Learned from the staff that this restaurant opened just about 6 months ago so perhaps this explained some of the bad reviews as they were still trying to figure things out?We personally had a great experience. This restaurant is spacious and fairly clean. There are even hand washing stations for the young kids! Ingredients are fresh and food tastes good. Staff is super friendly too which is a bonus! We will definitely visit again!

Cashier packed a burger, brought it out to the parking lot, brought it back into the kitchen, touch it with their bare unwashed hands, had another person open the burger with bare hands, and proceeded to place it on a tray and serve it to me. What happened to food handling and health procedures?To add..food takes a very long time even being the only person inside..Tables and floors are not cleaned or wiped downSave your time and go elsewhere

Never order Uber eats from here! They accept the order and say it is their own couriers delivering, after waiting 2 hours and calling over and over, for it to deliver i get a notification saying we completed the delivery and nothing, so i got charged for the order and then it says “too far to deliver”They probably do this to people on uber eats all of the time!Thankfully uber eats refunded me the full amount.

Very disappointed last night, we waited 20-30 mins for a burger and so did everyone else that ordered plus it was cold. Drive thru was lined up as well, clearly understaffed. I almost told people to go somewhere else as I left. I wasn't the only one complaining pretty much everyone was and staff was doing nothing about it, we said they needed to call the management in, not sure if they did. Very poorly managed. It wasn't lined up when I got there but it sure was when I left.

Taste was good. $17 for a plant based burger with sweet potato fries and drink. Absolutely bonkers how expensive this place is. For sure just a once in a while thing. Wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t mind the price.
