The 1 star is for lack of respect of hygiene protocols. I got sick after I had one of their salads. The kitchen is visible to clients - and you can see the 2 staff members handling food (chopping and tossing) WITHOUT wearing gloves. I did not see handwashing in between accepting the payment and rushing to the kitchen to prepare the order. This was my very first visit. I initially liked their decor and my salad was tasty. Unfortunately, that initial positive impression was not long lasting! I will not go back as I do not trust their food handling after my negative experience with the salad.

Liv’s salads downtown is the perfect spot to take your lunch break, brunch break or even a dinner break!If you are an avocado lover - you are in luck! This place has the ripest avocados and they have the perfect texture! ( Nice and soft )It is important to note that all the ingredients they use are super fresh and of good quality! It shows that the owner really cares about wanting to offer the best experience to every LIV customer. I have had their salads and their wraps. They are both very filling and refreshing. Unlike some other salad places, LIV’s salad dressings are obviously very tasty, but more importantly nice and light- and don’t make you feel heavy after eating a meal. To be honest, its one of the many reasons I prefer them.The ambiance in the store is very nice and very inviting. The staff is very inviting, accommodating and kind.I would definitely recommend it to any friend!

Lovely place with beautiful decor. The food is healthy and very tasty. This is always my first stop when I arrive to Montreal, I go here straight from the airport.The newly added sandwiches really complete the menu when you need a hearty meal.Highly recommend Pina-Cola juice/smoothie, it is soooo delicious if you like tropical drinks.

Waiting time to long 25 min for 3 salads and a wrap. They now charge .60$ per person for take out. Dressing on the side only dressed half of salad was bland. Gave us one smaller size container compared two others. Lastly the personnel had difficulties to close salad lids resulting to salad spilled into the take out bag. Save the trip and go to Mandy’s instead.

Beautiful decorations and furniture but the quality of the wraps are not good. It tastes like IGA sandwiches. The juice was delicious though!I'd recommend them to work on the quality of the food and hopefully they'll get huge regular clientèles.

The service time was decent. I got the falafel sandwich as pictured. It was tasty but the portion sizes are too small. I am still hungry.

Ordered two bliss bowls on uber eats, paid extra for chicken and no chicken was there. On top of that, what was sent was not looking like the picture advertised, tiny tiny bowl, so easy to make at home cause its so bland and there is barely any ingredients. Don't waste your money.
