Our plumber (Andy) at Top Notch suggested Glenn from Pure Water Solutions, to come by and assess our water treatment needs for our new build. He was kind courteous and very accommodating, working directly with our builder Joe at JMB Construction, to assess our water situation. Glenn personally did a thorough diagnosis after a series of tests and was in and out before we knew it. His report gave us, as new homeowners, the peace of mind providing a complete spectrum of our water makeup and a honest recommendation. This guy knows what it means to to provide superior customer service. We would recommend him in a heartbeat to anybody that wants an honest (no BS), professional that knows what customer satisfaction is all about. Good job Glenn!

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Glenn for about 8 years now since buying our 'northern escape'. In the beginning, Glenn recommended a filtration system that proved to be just right to turn our well from a source of grief to a magnificent asset...I will add much more reasonably than the number of other local providers we consulted with (don't go to a Heating company for water problems ;-) ). Since then we have relied on Glenn's guidance time and time again for advice on anything from remedying a sweaty tank to moving the unit to just general support questions. We are always greeted with the same fantastic customer service attitude and willingness to help. Would I buy from Pure Water again, absolutely. Would I go anywhere else, absolutely not! Glenn was amazing at looking after our water with our new well. Installed a water softener as well as an RO system for point of use with reference to our fridge water. A must have professional for any homeowner in the Bancroft area for sure. Will def have him back for any other issues.

While building a new home the well water was tested...Glenn came out to the house on no less than three occasions to help me choose the best solution for elevated iron levels. Glenn installed a water purification system at our cottage this past weekend. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. Glenn was prompt replying to my email inquiries, very thorough and was able to cater exactly to our needs. This was the first time in over 50 years our family was able to drink from the facet saving all the trouble from lugging around heavy cases of water to drink.
