As first time homebuyers we were excited but also very nervous about the home buying process. Gord made everything a breeze and was very responsive to all our calls, texts and emails. He was always available to show us houses as soon as they came on the market and made sure we were taken care of when he was out of town. Gordon came highly recommend so we had an idea of the services he provides and the quality of work he does. I bought my first home in September 2022 through Gord and he made the whole process much easier. At the beginning he helped me understand the entire process and what to expect as we go along. When we started viewing properties he was mindful of the fact that I had to drive into town and always made the most of it. I had a tight budget but he still found a place with all of my needs and realistic wants". He always emphasized that I should only put an offer in if I am comfortable with the financial commitment/monthly expenses/etc. and pointed me towards resources for figuring all that out. Gordon helped us sell our first home and it was an amazing experience. He took care of everything, arranged for staging, cleaner, and advice on renos (do and don't do). All in all I would recommend his services 1000 times over.He did such a great job in fact that our house was only on the market for 62 hours, 21 performed showings (over 30 had been booked), and got 150k over asking. That doesn't happen on accident, it takes someone who truly knows their business.
