Rebecca was amazing throughout the entire buying process. She was very friendly and professional. I am from out of town and called in about a new Tudor release a couple months ago. I thought I would be turned away as I was out of town, but she took my info and added me to the waiting list. Got the call for the watch last week and IJL delivered the watch to my city yesterday. Watch looks even better in person! Everything went smoothly and I would definitely buy from IJL again!

I have been rummaging online for weeks searching for the Tag Heuer Monaco Dark Lord 2022. I’ve talked to online resellers but can’t decide on their ridiculously expensive prices and shipping costs until my best friend who lives in Winnipeg told me about IJL. I was so delighted to find out that they have this elusive timepiece and immediately gave them a call. The moment I hanged up, I instantly placed the order online and called them to reconfirm my order. IJL sees to it that the package will be sent to me securely. All my transactions were quick, secured and efficient! I was so ecstatic when I got the timepiece and I am so happy to get it from IJL. Purchased a IWC watch from IJL as a gift. Had a warranty issue with the watch. They sent to IWC for the work, and IWC claimed we dropped it, causing the damage and voiding warranty! Absolutely incorrect. IJL did nothing to vouch for us and offered no solutions. Charged us thousands of dollars for the repair. Beware!Edit: the response shows that they accepted IWCs claims that the watch was dropped (it wasn’t) and did not fight on behalf of the customer or offer to help in any way.

I was in Winnipeg on business and decided to stop in at IJL to look at watches with the hopes that they may have some Rolex watches in stock. Unfortunately they did not, but after a quick browse and some intuitive and helpful service from Jeff at IJL, I found myself purchasing a beautiful Tudor watch and a bracelet for my wife. Jeff was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and he really knew his stuff!A month later, I had my eye on an Omega Creamsicle" Seamaster Planet Ocean with a white ceramic face and an orange ceramic bezel. It is a beautiful timepiece! I only called one place

Beautiful store and has fantastic Staff. IJL has a great selection of watches and jewelry.I have dealt with Jeff, and I can't say enough good words about him. He is very personable and professional. As soon as I met Jeff, we hit it off with many similarities, and I felt right at home. He helped me secure my first Omega watch, and I'm loving it. I cant wait for future Purchases with Jeff and IJL.Thank you, everyone, at IJL, for consistently positive experiences. I would not consider going anywhere else after dealing with them.

I went here hoping to get some jewellery appraised and also to get an opinion on whether some of the jewellery that I had was costume jewelry or genuine gold/silver/gemstones. They quickly gave me a quote for the appraisals (along with the state of the settings). They generously advised me not to pay for an assessment on some of my items (cost vs the value of the information I would receive) but still provided rough estimates. This saved me a significant amount of money.I also got a necklace fixed here. The staff told me it would be about a week, and exactly a week later, I got a call that the necklace was ready to pick it up. The lovely team here gave me some precious advice on what to look for in real vs costume jewelry for the future.
