Quick and efficient service, was out in less than 30 minutes. Nice guys and price was cheaper than I would have paid elsewhere.

The windshield on my Pathfinder broke and when I called Kelly's they had the best price and said they would pick up my vehicle. Everything went well until the glass got a stress crack. I called them and was told they would replace it under warranty.When I got it back the trim was missing from the sides of the glass. I was informed that they broke the trim and would replace it. This was in February 2017.It's now the end of May and there's no trim on my vehicle. Every time I talk to someone they tell me that they will come on a certain day and replace it. They never show and they never call to tell me. There have been at least 4 or 5 times they were supposed to show and never did. I was given the owners cell number. He never answers and never returns my calls.I was told yesterday that he would be in the area and to contact him. Well he's not where he is supposed to be and surprise! He's not answering his phone.AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. SPEND THE EXTRA AND GO TO SPEEDY GLASS OR DUTCHERS OR ANYWHERE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER.

I’ll only go to Kelly’s! Every time I need them they come through so quickly. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! Mark Kelly and his guys are fantastic and always have the best price.

I got a new windshield installed a few months ago and when we started getting rain a few weeks ago I noticed the windshield was leaking, A LOT! My passenger seat and dash were drenched!I called several times and was assured each time I called that they would come to my driveway to fix it, but never did!Every time I spoke to someone they would reassure me that it would get done. They never showed up and they never called to advise me that they weren’t coming! There have been at least 2 or 3 times they were supposed to come and never did. I even called the owners cell! He never answers and never returns my calls.AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!

Best customer service. Called in, was called back with a quote within 5 minutes and had the window replaced within an hour the next day. could not ask for a better experience. highly recommend this place.

The owner is a very friendly man who loves to have a chat. He'll go above and beyond for his customers. He even took me to his garage and showed me his beautiful Mustang! They did an amazing job on fixing my window and I'll det be back for my windshield needs.

I have taken all my vehicles here. They are extremely friendly and their work is excellent. By far the best place for all your window repairs.
