This is the reason brick and mortar stores are suffering. I was here on a lunch break and even being the only customer in the store, I was completely ignored by both staff members working who walked past me at least a dozen times restocking items. After needing different sizes in the dressing room and nobody around, I got dressed and left. On top of lousy customer service, the clothes are wildly overpriced and they have maybe 2 sizes of each thing.

Good selection of new Spring pants, shirts and light sweaters. Staff helps in putting things together for me. Picking up lunch partners is so easy now.

I walked in and it didn't appear anyone was in the store. I did hear an associate a moment later but she was on the phone with someone who appeared to have a lot of questions. I looked around and still didn't receive a smile to acknowledge that I was there. It appeared she was working alone. I was looking for a blazer but unable to find my size. The store was clean and organized but I wish there would have been someone else to help her out.

Pretty disappointed at our first visit here. My husband was looking for a coat and he located the one he saw online, tried it on, put it back on the rack, tried it on again, hemmed and hawed – and in that time another couple came into the store and the sales person was quick to ask them if they needed assistance. We were dressed pretty casually and possibly our clothes didn't match our income.This was a $400 coat and in the time since, it has been reduced to half off and my husband purchased it online with an extra 10% for a first time purchase.I work in retail marketing. This was not a good look for RW & Co, Halifax Shopping Centre.

Nice store, well laid out, good prices. The quality (material) of the clothing here is somewhat better than some other stores of similar clothes/prices. Unfortunately the quality of most clothing, no matter where you purchase it, is not good.....too much synthetics which lose shape, doesn't wash well and fades

Wide selection of men’s and women’s professional wear. The day I shopped here there were a lot of promotions too. The prices were actually really good. Some items they don’t carry a lot of sizes of but there’s such a wide variety it doesn’t really matter.

Staff was helpful. Got a great deal on men's joggers and shirts. Good quality clothing. Little pricy at regular price, but the quality almost makes it worth it.
