Don't believe anything these guys tell you. Safety supervisor said she would monitor the route as people consistently drive past the bus with stop sign out.Can't believe the school board is even using this company

Attridge bussing for schools is the worst school bus ever. The drivers are lazy and half asleep. The people who create the routes made it so that some students are spending 1.5 hours in the bus when the school is a total of 20 minutes away. The kids are waking up at 5 for school that starts at 8:20. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend this bussing service to anyone. They also do not respond to any emails and have not listened to any of the concerns we have.

My first impression was tainted when I went to front door on Harvester and read sign stating “Drivers Use Side Door”. Realizing I have my B license, Jeff at Burlington location wanted to hire me with no discussion of salary or anything. He expected my to sign on and begin 3 work days later. When I said I’ll need a couple of weeks to think about it Jeff turned very snarky and never contacted me again. This is a sign of how Attridge treats their employees. No thanks.

Austin and the team were professional and organized from the very beginning. They made it very easy to book from the UK and with the best deal we found on the market. The bus arrived very early and all our guests mentioned how patient the driver was. All our guests arrived on time, if not early and made the whole day run very smoothly. Thank you for everything!

If I could leave no stars I would. Truly disgusting deplorable behaviours from bus drivers go without any reprimand, almost encouraged. They allow a driver to scream and holler obscenities in front of mentally sensitive children with needs and their staff support over the use of seat belts. Children became scared, behaviour reported to the manager Anna and she couldn’t care less “it’s not my job, call Halton transportation”. She makes excuses for her drivers behaviour and doesn’t care to switch him to a new route when he clearly can’t manage to conduct himself in an appropriate or professional manner. Their slogan is “dedicated to safety in motion” yet they continue to employ aggressive and unprofessional unsafe drivers because “well sorry there’s time constraints and we’re understaffed.”

We have had the most outstanding service from Attridge and our fantastic and friendly driver Nafees! The Hamilton Kilty B's not only enjoy a beautifully wrapped bus to ride in style, but were always safe in the hands of Attridge and Nafees! By far the most professional and reliable company going!

This bus company is really good. School buses are always on time, and the bus drivers are very nice I wish I can give it a 10 star

We’ve had mostly great experiences with Attridge. Most of the staff is awesome, with a few bad seeds. They need to invest in winter tires for our Canadian winters. Their minivans are a bit outdated and updating some of the oldest ones would be beneficial.

We rented a bus to keep us warm at Blue Mountain for a corpoarte event and had an amazing experience: Shawn, our coordinator was accomodating, Terry our driver was awesome and frienldy and it was a better day as a result of the bus! 100% reco for any bookings. Will use again!
