This company does not call back customers. I have been out of water for 7 days with multiple calls to them and left me wondering. Highly do not recommend! Unless you want to continue to be without water do not call them!

Had an appointment between 8-10, no one showed up. I called at 11 and the (very nice) lady on the phone said she had no idea where the plumber was and that I was the second call for the morning and he should be there.At 12 I called back and left a message, no one called back.As I was about to leave my house at 1pm to pick up my kid, he pulled in the driveway. I waited a few minutes and then went out to talk to him. He was smoking a cigarette and on his cell just sitting in my driveway. I canceled on the spot, he made no effort to apologize.Will not use them in the future.Really wanted to support local but very disappointed with service.

We are on a well system and woke up to no water. Gave Lee Castle Plumbing a call as they came highly recommended and they ran multiple tests to diagnose the problem and traced it back to the wiring to the pump via a continuity test. Replaced the damaged wiring, replaced the pressure switch, and we were back up and running same day. They also didn't flinch at my big dog :) Customer service, communication, and problem solving was all first class. Recommend Lee Castle to all home owners in the area.

At about 7:40am I went downstairs to work and instead found an inch of water. We called Lee Castle first because they had been recommended to us for a pump issue a couple of years ago. I called at 7:51, and they called me back at 8 to let me know they were on their way. The plumber was able to diagnose the problem, gave us direction as to how to get the water out and charged us the minimum rate. Lee Castle is our go-to plumber.

I called Lee Castles to come out and check to see why my septic alarm went off downstairs. I was told I needed a riser because of rain filling my lift pump station, which was untrue, seeing as septic backed up into my house less than 2 weeks later because of a faulty sensor alarm that no one checked. So I paid 170 dollars for someone to misdiagnose the problem and end up costing me more money. I'm currently investigating getting that money back. Also, when asked why the alarm was still going off downstairs, I was given no information on how to fix or deal with it.. so thanks. Do not recommend.
