I went there on Tuesday 9 may evening. And the staff was the rudest person ever. The staff shouted at me the first time I entered the store. ID inquiries are perfectly normal and should happen, but you can't scold people who enter the store like this without even letting them say hi!".I did nothing to deserve this disrespectful attitude. I don’t normally leave reviews. If the experience isn’t good, I don’t come back. If it is, I do. After a long and difficult day I came to 180 on Yonge looking for my usual vape after leaving a nearby competitor with a rather unpleasant experience. I was greeted by the employee and asked if they had what I was looking for. He told me they didn’t carry it but instead of simply turning away and letting me leave he suggested another product he thought I may like and then told me he could save me some money in the process. Other stores can take a lesson from this place. Their staff are obviously well trained and know how to turn a bad experience around. Not only did I get products I brought home tried and liked I also stocked up and saved a lot of money. Andrew was patient, understanding and explained everything including the total discount before I paid. I was happy and thrilled to be saving so much with the prices of everything going up lately. I’ve gone between stores in the past but after this visit I will be returning for sure. Thank you for taking the time to help me today and make this visit a little lighter on my wallet, Andrew. I don't usually leave reviews because I have had the worst experience in most vape shops but not this one. I went into the store when it had just opened. I had come back from Montreal and was looking for a specific flavour. They did not carry it but the manager, Jessica, asked me a few questions and suggested I try the Frozen Berries flavour made by the brand Pacha Mama Salts. Not only was she nice to me, I could tell she genuinely wanted me to find a flavour I would like. The frozen berries have become my new favourite flavour. Thank you so much Jessica!

Literally the best vape store in the core. Nice staff. Super helpful. Always great conversations. So much better than esmoker

I should have looked through all the bad reviews they got in the past!I was at the Yonge location to find a herbal or oil vaporizer. I was between two products and didn't know what would work best for the oil that I had. I showed the associate a picture of the oil that I had, and she guaranteed that it would work for me. I bought the product and when I got home, I used it with the oil and it leaked right through the device - I wasted so much product!! She never took the time to explain that it would only work with oils that are not very liquid.I called the store and explained that I was sold the wrong vaporizer and after waiting a whole day, they told me that they could not issue a refund or even exchange the product!!! WHAT A RIPOFF! Now I am left with a device that was suggested to me by the associate at the counter and with no other means to use my product! Please be aware of this while buying at this store! 180 SMOKE WILL NEVER SEE MY OR MY FRIENDS MONEY AGAIN.

I came to this store today knowing absolutely nothing about vaping. I recently tossed out my cigarettes in an effort to quit and according to some colleagues, this is a great way to give it a try.I felt stupid asking endless questions when I found myself overwhelmed with the options but the employee who assisted me took his time to explain them all, including the pros and cons of each one. He made me feel comfortable and assured me there are no stupid questions. I was left with confidence that I could not only quit but do so on my terms. Andrew was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Definitely something I haven’t experienced elsewhere. Most places have no clue what excellent customer service is, 180 reassured me that it does in fact still exist.Thank you Andrew, and thank you 180. I’ll be back.

Popped into the store during my lunch. Was served by Jessica who was very helpful in picking out what I needed. She was great in helping me and getting me out quickly. A pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.

Sorry for the delayed review, was there last Subday, but this place is awesome. Andrew was such a huge help. The place was clean, reasonably priced items and on top of that I was provided with top notch service and a DISCOUNT. Will be coming back for my re-orders.

Great place. Lots of choice. Nicely displayed. Claire is a great employee. She was very nice & knowledgeable too. VIP program is an added bonus to save a few bucks.
