Tonya sold a house for us 2 years ago. I have dealt with a couple of good realtors in the past, but Tonya goes above and beyond. She works so hard and is so supportive. She is very compassionate and professional. Tonya is a people person which makes her a wonderful agent . If I had to some Tonya up in one word it would be HONEST. I personally wouldn't have anyone else.

Tonya is the best! My wife and I were selling our first home as it was too small for our soon expanding family. Tonya is very knowledgeable and informative about the market and always ready with a call or text back when we have questions about anything. Anyone looking for a home Tonya will be there for you. From the minute I first spoke with Tonya on the phone she worked non stop to get us what we wanted and within our budget. Every agent will tell you how tech savvy they are, they will add you to mailing list and get you the property you want but what I can say is lacking amongst the majority is they don’t advocate enough for their client. Tonya was on the phone every single minute on our behalf with the other side to connect the two parties. It wasn’t a financial transaction but a passing of a home to another family. I genuinely appreciate her kindness and heart she put for us and she got us our house within a day of us seeing it.
