My experience with olive has been a pleasant one from day one. The staff are quick to reply, and Dr Huyser is amazing at what he does.

Olive team is sooo good, they reply so quick and specially Dr.Hitkari, he is very kind, understanding, good listener, very knowledgeable and down to earth human being, I always feel like I’m talking with my best friend. He is the best doctor in the whole world.

My experience at Olive has been wonderful. Dr Tregoning and his nurses are amazing. They've answered every question I have. All of my information is always updated on the portal. They are super thorough. Everyone is really kind, and you can tell they really care about their patients and the process!

From the receptionists up to the doctors, they are all warm and welcoming and are the most amazing group of professionals. The nurses make you feel like a part of the family because its like they are always happy to see you. They are very patient and helpful. I appreciate every single one of them. The experience was top tier.

Olive schedule a phone orientation appointment with me today and then called. I waited 30 minutes for the call. Had to get my boss to cover for me, which I later found out she had lots to do today. So I feel like I wasted her time. When I emailed telling them I never received a call, they couldn't even tell me what happened.

I would definitely recommend Olive Fertility for unexplained infertility (UI). We started out at a different clinic and did 5 IUIs and 1 round of IVF with no eggs retrieved. The previous clinic told us due to getting 0 eggs our options were to try the same exact protocol again and hope for the best OR get an egg donor because we would likely not have our own children.We were skeptical to try anymore treatments after this but thankfully we decided to give Olive a try. From the beginning it was apparent that Dr Tregoning had no interest in trying anything close to the protocol that was used at the other clinic. Instead he offered a supplements plan and a new protocol that had shown effectiveness in those specifically suffering from UI. So we started the supplement and fortunately for us 2 months before we were supposed to start IVF we got pregnant. Now I can't say for certain if after 3 years of trying with no success if the supplements were the reason for the pregnancy (we are currently 2nd trimester). Regardless, the fact that Dr. Tregoning focused our treatment based on our diagnosis makes us only wish had we tried Olive Fertility sooner and not have wasted so much time and money on the other clinic.

I was so intimidated with the thought of IVF but my whole journey went really well. Dr. Tregoning & his team was so helpful, kind & courteous. My health problems were severe but my 1st IVF was successful. I am so grateful to the team, couldn’t have made it without you guys.Thank you for your endless support. You made us feel like home. I was super nervous to look into my fertility due to my ancestry, and health challenges. I had heard great things from my friends regarding Olive Fertility, so I asked to be referred to this clinic. Testing was completed prior to meeting with the doctor, and the process was streamlined. As soon as testing was complete, an appointment was booked within a week, which was super timely.Dr. Tregoning was the doctor who went over our results. He was amazingly supportive, knowledgeable and understanding. He took his time to explain things in detail. He had the answers to all of my complex questions and assured us he would be alongside us on our journey. A follow up email regarding further testing was sent the following day.I am super impressed with the level of service, professionalism and support I have received so far. I would not hesitate to point my friends or family in the direction of Olive Fertility. If any of the staff at Olive get a chance to read this, I just want to thank you for your quality service and supportive, empathetic demeanors.
