The ladies are always super nice and acomodating, the sets I've gotten have been great and the price is super reasonable. My daughter and I got a matching Christmas design and it's beautiful!

I’ve been using this salon for years and have always loved it. Every time a friend convinces me to try a salon closer to their house I always regret it because no one does as good a job as tech nails. They are also very reasonably priced and you get paraffin wax and a foot warmer with a normal pedicure instead of paying extra. Much better deal than anywhere else. I recently started seeing Anna and she is amazing!! I get the most painful ingrowns and she knew exactly how to fix it and cleaned up my cuticles so nicely!! She was also incredibly kind and polite! Thank you Anna I am so happy with my pedicure :)

I was so excited after seeing the reviews and pictures of their work. I litterally left crying. I was there for 3 hrs, had about 4 different lady's work on me and this is what I ended up with. So upset I could have done a better job myself. Please don't waste your time or money here.**I was also supposed to get a design but obviously after 3 hrs I was late for my plans so had to just leave without the design.

Bad service and take 3 to 4 hrs to finish their job. They did my friend's nails while I was there waiting for her , the lady left more than five times taking more than half an hour to do other clients nails. If you are busy do not except appointments we can go somewhere else. Do better

I went last month to get my birthday nails done and I was so happy with the results! I wanted a set of chrome almond shaped nails and Lisa did an amazing job! I also got my pedicure done, which again was done so well by another lady! Would definitely go again!

Have been coming here for over a year and generally have a good experience. i have noticed that hygiene has gone a bit down hill (dirty floors, chairs, a lot of clutter and very dusty). the staff are always very pleasant but hard overlook all the other things going on

I’m not one to leave poor reviews, everyone has off days, but after giving this place two chances to correct a really basic acrylic fill with one colour polish, combined with the attitude they had surrounding fixing it, I’m left rather speechless.Booked in for 5:15, was not taken until 5:40. It was a basic acrylic full that usually takes 45 minutes anywhere else and it took about two hours here. Seemed overbooked and the technician rushed through my fill, also left me half way through for about 20 minutes while she fixed a walk in who had a broken nail. By the time we were finished my polish was blotchy and really messy, my cuticles had flecks gel polish cured on and no effort was made to tidy up the work. Came back the next day to ask for a refund after realizing how bad they really looked and was denied. They said they would reapply the polish and they did a tidier job but the tech told me I was good to go once the UV lamp turned off and returned to another customer. She made no effort to check that my nails were actually finished or apply a cuticle oil after having used the drill over them and roughing them up quite heavily. When I realized two of my nails hadn’t had long enough to cure- the gel has no shine and is left really sticky to the touch.These are some of the most disappointing nails I’ve ever had; especially considering they charged 50$ and I’m now having to go get them replaced elsewhere.

Every time I come in there, it’s so unorganized. You have three or four different ppl working on your body. Some are nice some leave slices all over my hands and toes. I took a break from this place for multiple reasons. Getting a toe fungus!!! I decided to give it another chance as I once loved this place! I was the first person to walk in the doors when they opened this morning, and got turned away! I get that you have appointments. But what’s the point of having walk- ins available if you don’t even leave a chair for walk-in, customers service has completely disappeared from this place. Won’t ever bring go back here again !

Fabulous experience each time - the whole team is talented!Sally does excellent manicures and I often go back to her for maintenance and new looks. Cindy her pedi with nail design along with the best foot massage - I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep!

Where I come for a cheap, insanely long lasting pedicure. You can’t go wrong! Nails always grow out first before they ever chip. I’m rocking a 2 month shellac Pedicure no chips! Amazing quality. They are always busy so sometimes you feel like a sardine but all the pros outweigh this! I’ve been so disappointed in the past at other salons. I come from Richmond every 1.5 months. That’s how long my nails last.
