Extremely costly and a kangaroo court process. She allowed a one week process to stretch out for weeks. Totally lost control of the mother, allowing her to ramble on for a week about what a terrible person father was! She disregarded recommendations made by a professional child assessor in favour of what the mother wanted. Broke the law in her arbitration award! Would avoid at all cost. In the end, her arb award was not worth the paper it’s written on!
