We usually love this location and go regularly, but I started noticing with the sunshine wrap that the avocado was getting more sparse. Sure enough I ordered tonight and there was not a piece of avocado to be found. They charge more for this wrap because of the avocado, so I'm not terribly impressed to say the least. It's not a very classy way for them to cut costs.

I will not return to this location, and possibly not Chopped Leaf at all if this is the way they all operate. I have multiple and severe food intolerances, so custom salad bars are the only safe place to eat out. I ordered a custom salad, asking about different ingredients, explicitly mentioning that I have food allergies. I placed my order and took the salad to go. When I got to my location, I opened the box and noticed a pita chip on top. I have a severe intolerance to gluten. I did NOT ask for pita chips. Chopped Leaf is lucky it did not crumble in transit. This should NOT be offered as a garnish without asking the customer first. Additionally, while I had a LOT of lettuce, the portions of everything else were paltry. When I order at Chopped Leaf’s competitor, Freshii, the bowl is stuffed to bursting, with 1/3-1/2 cup of each topping. I had maybe 1-2 tbsp each of bacon bits, apples, carrots and avocado—which were the only toppings I could even have. (I wanted rice, but it’s seasoned with chilli pepper. Why?!). I cannot recommend this place to others without a full refund for my deplorable salad.

I stopped in the restaurant on April 10 and from the moment I walked in staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered the Sunrise wrap, the vegetables were fresh and juicy, and I really felt like I had made a healthy choice for my lunch. I will definitely be back as the restaurant was clean, tidy, and welcoming.Support our local businesses, they need us more than ever before!

Tonight we tried this location to go. We ordered a soup for me and a soup and salad for her. Since I’m writing this review, I’m only giving it 1 star. The wild mushroom soup was so watered down, it was tasteless. We both just ended up throwing it away. I made a video of how watered down it was but unfortunately I can’t post it on here. She liked her salad very much and would rather give this place a little better review. I do realize that I ordered a small soup but as you can see in the photo, the portion is very small. I wouldn’t know if it was enough to fill me up as we didn’t eat (drink) them. I was able to pour down the drain without worrying about clogging a drain. We did order 1 hour before closing and I’m going to guess they were running low and decided to excessively stretch what they had left without making more. Oh well, hopefully they don’t make this a regular practice. I hope your experience differs from mine.

I come into this place and they know my order! I’m not a consistent regular but it’s always good to know how dedicated this location is to serving there customers! No matter how often they come by!Big thanks to the one Employee with the wicked cool face masks! I think she might be the manager! Regardless!! Best location I’ve been too! Quality is amazing!

They lied about the happy hour. Its supposed to be $2 off but instead they gave 10%.Staff did not seem to care when i pointed it out to her and the sign. Probably wasn't too enthusiastic being as she was wearing a winter coat inside.Probably explains how my salad dressing was in one big clump and half frozen. Hmmm....

Absolutely amazing! Food was tasty! Service was friendly! Lunch was so good, we order a bowl for dinner too. Lady helping us put all the protein and salad dressing on the side so our dinner will be crunchy and fresh. Even gave us a $2 coupon each for next time. Highly recommend!
