Excellent service from Jarrod! He was polite, kind, humble, and professional. He explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. He was patient in answering questions. He even removed his boots at the door and carried them to the basement where he needed to wear them for safety purposes. He cleaned up when the job was done. Way to go Jarrod! We would highly recommend A.S.A.P. Burner Services.

I have no complaints about the work that was done on my furnace...the technician was great, showed up on time, did his work, etc. This review is to provide information that is not provided on the company website. The rates listed are incorrect. The rate for regular business hours is listed as $95/hour. I had a tech in for 1 hour and my invoice showed $142.50 for 1 hour. I inquired with Shannon and he told me the minimum charge is 1.5 hours for any call. This includes travel from the shop. This is pretty standard with all companies now. We need to factor travel etc." In my opinion

ASAP (Shannon & Crew) removed our old oil tank and furnace from our basement through a really small window! They did an excellent timely job at a great price and cleaned up very well after they were done. I would highly recommend their services...

Exceptional customer service!We called three companies in early December to have our boiler replaced. One company never got back to us, one scheduled a visit for three weeks out, and ASAP Burner Service immediately followed up with a few questions then gave us a quote within a day. ASAP showed up on schedule and replaced the boiler in about 6 hours so we weren't without it very long. They had to install a new valve and thermostat that wasn't in their price, but they gave those to us at no cost. Their price was competitive with the others, and their service was ten times better. I'd happily recommend ASAP Burner Service to others.

Had so much trouble finding so to install the electric boiler that our insurance made us purchase (long story but the wouldn’t cover a better system). Was at such a loss but Shannon came to the rescue:) very professional and knowledgeable 10/10 would call again

At 1 am my boiler stopped working, no hot water and no heat. I troubleshot the simple stuff and then emailed ASAP Burner service at 2 am explaining the situation hoping they would see it in the morning. I received a response at 6 am and he was at my door at 7am. I was taking a hot shower by 11 am. ASAP gets all of my business from now on

I had a new oil barrel and furnace installed. Shannon was wonderful to deal with. I had to have my oil barrel removed from my basement for the replacement. Beautifully neat work and all cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend ASAP! Very happy customer. Thank you guys so much!!

Our hot water heater went out on us and they did everything they could to take care of us that day, including finding an electrician . Whenever we are in need of heating service this is the only place we call. They do quality work and are very professional.
