It's 7pm and there's 1 person working for both the drive-through and instore. She's been swamped with orders. Terribly understaffed and management should be embarrassed.

This Tim Horton's location has gone downhill the last few months! There has been multiple occasions where the person at the window hands me anything that's infront of them on the counter, at it's ALWAYS wrong! I can't count how many times i've had to give items back because it's not at all what I ordered, then to get nothing but disrespect when I simply ask for the items I ordered.... Drive thru is supposed to be quick and painless, and at this location it's slow, unorganized, and down right HORRIBLE...

Friendly staff and great selection of donuts available! I had a Long John .... haven't seen one of those in a while! It was delicious!

Moderately busy despite an inacapitated van blocking both drive-thru lanes, while awaiting a tow truck! Lots of discussion inside! Usual coffee & food served excellent service staff. Aways seems clean!

Tired of screwed up orders...no product...poor attitudes especially on weekends.Long lines...single cash...rarely both...have seen many a time people leaving because of lines almost out the door.Major attitudes with some servers...absolutely fantastic attitudes with some others...the ones that are great deserve well deserved tips but kills it when shared by all

15 minutes to get a sandwich at 1:30!! Don't come here on a short lunch period. One person making sandwiches, bagels etc manager told me I have to be patient.

Everytime I go something is wrong with order getting annoyed called to say something no one response or tries to fix it ui was manager in kitchener and people are so disrespectful to customers

I love Tim's but.. one person in front of me and I was out with my coffee and donut in about 10 mins... Yes 10... One person in cash. The rest on drivethrou. Now with the good. Clean, though not to find out how the drivethrou is. But my second time coming here the first was much quicker.

My wife had no toilet paper in the bathroom. Otherwise a typical Tim Hortons with typical service. I was served immediately and the coffee was fresh and tasted as it should. This location lost a star because of the toilet paper situation. When my wife informed the person serving us. A debate among the workers as to who was to correct the toilet paper issue could be heard by any and all at or near the counter.
