Paul Kaminski gets a 10 star in my book.My experience with Paul Kaminski is very much consistent with what others are preaching. His positive and friendly attitude is great. He is a very hard worker. His professionalism, proactiveness and willingness to execute what needs to be executed - to champion the instruction provided to make me happy is a WOW factor.In addition, Paul knowledge and expertise is real. A few times I learned the hard way as I went against his advice. For example, while house hunting with him, he was on point every time of his assessment on the number of offers each property would receive and the prices the homes would sell for. My stubbornness led me to not listen to him in which I lost three properties to other buyers.I can sometimes be a difficult, critical and needy person when it comes to important transactions such as real estate in which Paul was able to WOW me. I wanted a realtor to be as meticulous as me and act quickly to represent my interest, and act in a quick manner as if he were the buyer. This is exactly how Paul operated. It seemed that there was no middle man. These are very important to me.Furthermore, I literally call this guy any time of the day or night and he will answer and or send me a text or call me back in a quick fashion. Even on Christmas eve and Christmas day Paul takes my calls. He would research what I need, give me advice and support. I really want to thank Paul's family for supporting Paul in providing us with the best service possible.Moreover - Paul hustle" and "integrity" is real. Paul is an AMAZING real estate agent!!! He is such a knowledgeable and experienced realtor, my husband and I were blown away by his dedication to us during our selling/buying process. He would always respond to any questions we may have had immediately even though he is a very busy man.His suggestions were welcomed and spot on. He drove countless hours to potential homes we wanted to see and was always available to do so. On the night of closing he sat with us and we witnessed the chaotic phone calls that come with last minute offers. I'm not one to leave a review normally but the job that Paul Kaminski did to sell my house was amazing. From the drone footage what I thought was some of the best around. Pictures that captured my house and property to the extreme. I would highly recommend using Paul for your agent. Great communication and just a really good guy to deal with. Not to mention it only took a week to sell and over asking.
