Probably the best service of Any of the Steve's outlets I have used. The staff not only know what they're talking about, But they also take the time to figure out my particular needs. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because they occasionally lack stock. Other than that they are my go to for music equipment.

Placed an order online for a guitar to be transferred from another location and picked up in store at this location and the entire experience was very smooth and quick! The employees were super pleasant and great to deal with, and very helpful. Will definitely be back!

Went in to get a bass guitar case. I had never been to the location in the south shore. I had always gone to the one downtown and qas never impressed by the lack of customwr service. Night and day let me tell you. The people at the south shore Steve's were super helpful. They showed me a couple of options and even told me I could bring it back the next day if it didn't fit my instrument even though they usually only have store credit and exchange. Very good experience.

This Brossard location of the Steve's franchise is nice and reliable. The staff is friendly and reliable. The parking lot is a huge plus for me and much preferred in comparison to the downtown equivalent.In terms of merchandise they don't have everything but they can easily order from the other locations and they have access to your account and previous purchases even if they were made at other store.

Steve’s is still one of the best places for musical instruments and music equipment in general. The Brossard Steve’s is stacked with excellent service, with super knowledgeable and helpful employees. While it’s not as big as the Montreal Steve’s, it’s no less just as incredible, and it’s become my main Music Store.
