Mr. Lube + Tires

This place is amazing. Very professional and courteous. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I visit here for all my car service related issues and they never disappoint. 10/10 would recommend.

I went first time to this Mr Lube. Wonderful experience. Excellent service and super staff. Mr Kanwar dealt with us and he was very helpful and friendly.

Do not come to this location. I got scammed and ripped off hard. I only wanted an oil change and the mechanics pressured me into so many other things. They poured random oil into cups and made stuff up about my transmission fluid and getting it flushed. They did many other services that I did not consent to and gave me a massive bill at the end. It came to 700$ for an oil change, trans fluid and a filter change. They just made up all their numbers on the spot and refused to adjust anything. I will warm everyone I know - not to go here!!!

Mada a visit a few weeks ago for an oil change. Came in during early evening hours, around 5pm. Their bays were full. Waited about 30 min before I got in. Once inside I was offered coffee, newspaper or water. They took my information and started the service.I went with synthetic, the whole service took about 25 min as they checked things over and made recommendations for further service. I let them talk me into buying a few additives. As well as a new drain plug for my oil pan. Which I did need after seeing my old one. But cost me an additional 29.99 CAD. I later checked Part Source which had them at 3.99 CAD.My experience overall was good and my tech Patel was very knowledgeable. I would come back to this location. But the prices could be more consumer friendly.

Come here consistently for my oil changes and am always happy with the service. Came in July 10 and I believe his name was Jabron who worked on my car, he was very good!

Great experience! Will definitely return! Helpful, explained everything! My little one was a little fussy and the technician returned with a balloon for her to play with! Thank you!

I've been to this Mr. Lube location a few times before. The staff are friendly and professional. However, my visit on 19-May-2023 will be my last visit to Mr. Lube regardless of location. One bad egg in the basket spoiled my faith and trust in Mr. Lube. On this visit after changing the oil and topping up the fluids the technician was looking for something in the hood with his phones flashlight. I asked him is everything is okay?". He replied "yes sir

I had asked for an oil change, upon completion they refused to show the level of oil put back into my vehicle. When i asked the manager he had told me I am out of luck and to leave his facility. Following up I asked again to verify there has been oil added and at the correct level. Again he refused and insisted I leave. Once I left to check my oil level for myself, I found that.i am now no longer able to pull the dipstick out. I would not give this location my business again, and encourage anyone who uses them to look for better service elsewhere as the managers attitude was unprofessional and unwilling to do the right respectable thing.Edit. The staff member who performed the oil change was nice and understanding, I had gone there time and time again as my steady oil change location with no issues.

I was so impressed with their customer service and genuine honestly!. I had a terrible experience with an oil change at another location and my car was not working properly. I went to them for advice and a second opinion. Deep, the manager said no problem I can look at it for you". He checked the oil and the engine and found the problem right away

There was an issue at first but it has been resolved. The supervisor Deep went above and beyond to make me satisfied. Would definitely recommend this place. Great job Deep!
