Regular woman behind the desk is always super critical of where I am mailing things. Wants to know why and is judgemental on how I always ship my packages-- that is is ANY OF HER BUSINESS. Just send my pqckage without the interrogation olease

Been going to this postal outlet for years. Rarely long lines and personally I like their questioning, it has saved me money and I am well informed of my options and associated cost. To add to this, I have never lost or had a mailing delayed. I will continue going there.

Hmmm strange that there are so many bad reviews about this location. I personally tell people this is my secret location (secrets out lol) as they never have long lines lines like the Shoppers on Wesney/Hwy 2 (worst place in Ajax in my opinion due to long lines). The lady does ask questions sometimes about where my packages are going but they are simply doing that to see if some other option would be cheaper. I've had one or two instances where the lady actually saved me money because of those interrogations" lol."

Express shipping for a small package. Was told it should get there next day... week passed by and nothing. Found out later that they never sent the shipment

Terrible! I run a small online business and use the post office often. I'll go out of my way whenever possible not to use this one. The ladies are absolutely lazy! One is pleasant the other one is slow and rude. I was given someone elses package once!!! Please do you self a favor and go across the road to the Canada Post in the Shoppers Drug Mart. The service is WAY better!
