Always an amazing experience. I do my eye brows, nails and pedicures here. I had to do my eye lash extensions today because my lash tech had an emergency. The manager was very accommodating and very helpful, she got me an appointment last minute with Rosie. Thank you so much for always having great service! I definitely recommend!! 10/10 always

I got my nails done here in January. The place was near empty but the technician (Ashley Nguyen) rushed anyway and drilled my *natural* nails down aggressively for no reason before applying the dip powder.It's been over 3 months since my appointment, and my nails are still dented and damaged from the drill. They are flimsy and break constantly. The customer service was also lacklustre. I was never offered a drink, and the tech barely spoke to me except to try to upsell me. Pretty bad experience overall.

My new go-to nail salon! Clean, spacious, professional and ample massage chairs!Loved the comp cappuccino.The alcoholic bar options are a great plus too!

Just had our Gold Standard shellac pedicures done and me and my Mom LOVE THEM!! The girls (Emily and Ariana) were lovely and did such a wonderful job and to top it all off we even had Champaigne. Such a lovely experience and will definitely be back. Xoxo

Can’t say enough good things about this place. From the high quality massage chairs to the friendly staff and bonus..a bar! They also offer non alcoholic drinks for free and my nails look amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

Lisa B is consistently a fantastic nail tech. I trust her with my feet and have never been let down. She’s thorough, yet gentle and always forms the nails perfectly. My husband trusts Hayley H. He has very sensitive feet, and his nails need a lot of work. Every time we come to the salon, we are offered beverages (coffee, tea, bottled water). Great place in the neighbourhood!

2 stars becuase Spa is nice,clean, good customer service but I had shellac mani and regular pedi, pedicure was good. Shellac manicure wasn't good. Shellac was applied on cuticle which cause the shellac to lift and peel. Only lasted about 3 days. Disappointing.

I went in with my partner for mani and pedis and we had excellent service from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed and serviced immediately (we did make reservations). My nail tech Rosa was very professional and a great conversationalist. She made me feel welcomed and I had wonderful service. My nails still look very fresh after a week and a half! I opted for gel polish on my natural nails and no chips at all! My partner Sultan went in for a gentleman’s pedicure and manicure and he was very impressed with the service as well.Also note: they do have complimentary iced coffees and other drinks! They also told us they will open more services like a massage parlour and other amenities. We will be definitely be going back!Pics are my nails a week and a half after my appointment!

Terrible customer service!!I wasn’t happy with the gel nails. It was my first time and what a terrible experience. The nails look terrible not natural. Very thick and wide - I had to clean the sides of my nails cause they looked so terrible. Had extra gel in them and they were so wide After only 2 weeks two nails chipped … so much for harder nails!! Also the nail polish also chipped on other nails. Not to mention I got 2 ingrown nails after the pedicure they gave me with a different person.I reached out to this location at Woodbridge on instagram and they originally said they’d help but then when I called the mgr Lynn (I think that was her name) said she didn’t know anything about the chats I had been having all week and would only give me 20% off to fix and fill my nails - why would I want my nails filled they look horrific and I spent over $120 there - but I will not go back - now I know why they got 4.2 rating! I wish I had read the reviews before booking. A one star rating is too good for them and the manager is rude and not helpful!! The scary part is that she said the person who did my gel nails was experienced ????? Poor quality nail place!

The service and hospitaility was amazing so kind and friendly. The experience overall was 10/10 with services provided and just smiling faces made it more comfortable and relaxing. I have already told my family and friends about your place and hope they all come out to visit!
