Im delighted with how this company did the installation, the crew working here behaved in a very professional way , there was no radio, loud talking , no arguing , were on time daily ,covered things while working in some areas , cleaned up after themselves right away so things were not tracked all over the house and were respectful ......answered all my questions ....Im not easily impressed, having been a tradesman for 40some years , but , these men impressed me...!I would highly recommend this company to do a Heat Pump installation to any one ,without hesitation !

Brendan and his team installed a new Samsung heat pump and Samsung heat exchanger/furnace. Their professionalism, knowledge, service and reliability was first and foremost while working at our home. Brendan fully explained exactly what work needed to be completed and he and his team delivered. Their workmanship is top notch. I fully recommend Stillbuilt Solutions.

I had Stillbuilt install a mini-split AC in my home in Saanich earlier in June this year. They were quick to quote and the installation was done in one day. The work was clean and tidy and everyone was great to deal with. Yes I would use them again. The unit they installed was a Samsung and its much smaller than units some of my friends have on their walls. Overall a great company to use.

My experience with this company was nothing but amazing. While we were going through the stress of major renovations they were so accommodating to work around our schedule for installation. They took the time to explain what heat pump unit would be most beneficial for us, and the price could not be beat. We love our heat pump and I highly recommend these guys!
