Ignite has the best gym classes I've ever attended. From starting very weak to gaining muscle after months of attending, the classes and coaches have continued to push me to do my best and keep progressing. They are set up for anyone of any ability or age and the group of attendees reflects this perfectly. Highly recommend for beginners or anyone looking to simplify their workouts by just walking in to an already planned full body workout. Try out a class and you won't regret it!

The workouts are challenging (but easily modified for all fitness levels and abilities), the fellow members are inspiring, the workouts are led by trainers who care and give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The music is on point and the atmosphere is awesome. Ignite is not just a gym; it’s a community. I recommend it highly to all my friends and family.

I attended a class with my friend last Friday and was beyond impressed! The instructor, Yianna, was incredible! It is a gorgeous, inclusive space and the workout itself was hard however you were really encouraged to go at your own pace and push yourself. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I cannot say enough good things about Ignite.I have tried other gym settings and nothing ever stuck. That changed when I walked into my very first class at Ignite. The members and staff were both helpful, inviting and never once made me feel like I didn’t belong there. I’ve been a member for 10 months now and my mental and physical health have both improved. The instructors are so accommodating and push you to do your best and are there cheering you on when you do! I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fun and motivating place to get your sweat on.

The classes are a wonderful combination of a group experience that can adapt to your own intensity for that day. The instructors are super inclusive and take time to support and push you as needed. Constant attention to technique is given. The space is super clean and the equipment is in awesome shape. I love this gym!

This place has it all! Group workouts, but small enough for 1:1 support from knowledgeable and motivating coaches. So many great members who are all there to put in the work! Different class types and times to work for everyone at every level of fitness. I LOVE Ignite!!

I really didn’t want to like it here. I figured I’d sign up as a way to get out of the house with my baby while on Mat leave, and 6 weeks later.. call it a day.But surprisingly the exact opposite happened. I really started to love the workouts, and the people who attend. The instructors are very personable and very helpful and patient. You workout right next to someone and you really only focus on yourself; so it really doesn’t matter what your skill set is, or how much experience you have, ignite is a really safe place to exercise.The vibe, the music and the laughter are just an added bonus.

It isn’t hard to stay dedicated to your health & fitness when you surround yourself with the team at Ignite! Over the last couple of years at Ignite I’ve improved my physical as well as mental health, and made some amazing friends along the way. When you get up every day at 5am to go there because you WANT to, they must be doing something right! So much love for the Ignite community!
