It's always got lots of stuff, but this location the service was quite slow, took 5 people and an hour to get paint and pick up an item we paid and ordered the week before. But it was ok. Might have been a slow day, or maybe it's just all the new staff.

Pls Don't buy shelter Logic at this place if you're not planning to build it with in a month they won't cover any warranty on the product. Even though there not cheap.

While there may be individual staff here who are different, the management have made this the worst shopping experience I've had. After having several experiences trying to get support on broken items purchased merely hours before, and getting incredibly rude and disinterested staff who simply refused the honor the returns policy on large print right on the wall, I've made it my goal to never shop here.

Management needs to educate their staff regarding the Canadian Scanning Code of Practice where in a shelf price must be honored if lower than price rung up. I'm out 8 bucks and an hours drive for nothing. When I mentioned to the clerk that BY LAW, they must sell me at the lower price, he looked at me like a deer in the headlights and asked the second time for 44 dollars odd for the purchase. No paging of a manager, nothing. Thank you, Melfort for showing me what to expect. Next time I'll go 2 hours out of my way to Humboldt where I should have simply gone the 1st place. Suffice to say, train your staff, I won't EVER be back.

Canadian Tire Melfort is great! Canadian Tire caries it, for example, I’ll be into a project and I need a slightly odd part and when I check here they usually have it on the shelf when 98% of the other businesses around would have to order it in. The business hours are convenient also as they are open later and on weekends.I’m grateful they are here because they’ve saved me tons of frustration and time chasing parts or trips to the city. Thank you Canadian Tire Melfort!

Absolutely dog water of a business, customer service here is a complete dumpster fire. I had a shopping cart full of stuff and was gonna get one more thing and noticed it was all ripped and opened and i asked a lady employee about it and she basically told me kick rocks and figure out myself in a very snappy tone. Left my cart right there and decided you know what? Youre right, i will go shop at coop instead. Dont waste your time here with their already used over priced products

If I could give it less than a star I would. Went in looking for specific lawn chairs. No one would come help us. When we finally got help got told they didn't have any. Only for me to find it on a high shelf and get it myself. Multiple people working with 0 customer service skills. Rude at the till. Would rather travel 2 extra hours than shop here again

If the staff were proactive to provide assistance to customer's seeking items from locked cabinet's more items would be sold plus it would of been a better experience. Improved staff training to be better help to customers on the floor would be better for everyone.

Wondered why Melfort’s Canadian Tire service was so bad compared to Humboldt’s excellent service. Then we met the floor manager today who played victim when told their service is poor.It is no wonder her terrible attitude is reflected in some of her staff.
