Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Thanks to the close location to my cottage, this place has saved me a number of times when I need stuff. Prices are competitive and you can collect air miles there.

Steve built us a custom dock ramp in less than a week with free delivery to our lake. Exceeded expectations! All other staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The man looking after the cash was obviously busy. But to ensure I got what I needed, he stopped and listened and responded as though his only priority in that moment was to help me find tools and supplies.In a small town it makes so much difference when the staff take a minute to just be good neighbours.That is what our location is like..

Great place, staff is excellent, always have what I need. The young lady that works there knows her stuff, and mixes paint perfectly!! Always a good chuckle and a smile when I leave there.

A pleasure to deal with the staff. Very informed and knowledgeable. They always do their best to make sure you are totally satisfied. Good family oriented store. David , Lexi and staff make you feel welcome and I was leave with a chuckle.

Previous management, Lexi and staff, were wonderful. Not sure where she went but new management is very sad. Don't expect much if you need something. Now they don't make any effort to accommodate when they don't have stock. LEXI worked her butt off to find and sourced what you needed.. I will not he going back.. Bad decision by the head office in Harcourt..
