Terrible experience. Job was to be done same day. It took a week. Messy job. They delivered full of caulking. Cut the uphilstery inside vehicle. Windshield is now leaking and I am dreading having to take it back to these invompetents

Stay away, wasted my whole morning. Showed up at my appointment on Friday, gave the guy at the front desk my name, my order number that was given by my insurance company, and the guy says he will order my windshield and to come back next week. I explained to him, numerous times, that I called earlier during the week and was told to come in on Friday. He says, sorry but we don’t have your windshield, and after repeating myself again and getting nowhere with him, I just told him to cancel the order. I went back home. They call me an hour later, to ask me when I’ll be bringing my car!!! And I’m like I WAS JUST THERE lol. Horrible customer service, no communication, wasting people’s time!! Don’t they talk amongst each other!!?? You know… between employees.. No, let’s just waste this guys time.

I asked the quote twice they told me an amount and when I payed they increasing by almost 200$. Because they forgot included the glue. How that is possible if they do that job every single day??? Or is a technique to make more money?

To the management of VitroPlus at 5500 Avenue Papineau:Some of your service representatives are not customer oriented.I did a windshield replacement on my Honda Accord (which, by the way, took 2 days instead of the promised 1 day). A few weeks later I noticed that both of the roof moldings are not attached properly at the rear end. So I visited the establishment and showed the problem. The response of the service representative stunned me: he said that they worked on the front side (the windshield) so it's impossible that the molding could detach at the back. I pointed out that a molding is a one piece part and when you touch it on one side, the other side can be easily affected, but it didn't convince him. He told me it's not their fault and that I could find a body shop to fix it. Luckily for me, when I asked other employees to have look at it, they fixed it immediately by merely pulling the moldings.Bottom line: a client-facing service representative CAN'T be so unprofessional and irresponsible, you will be getting more bad reviews.

Incredibly bad place to get a windshield replaced. avoid it, just go anywhere else but here, Read the other bad reviews, they are absolutely on point.

Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service representative behind the phone. not being helpful at all.I was asking about an appointment very politely if they have a more near date and the guy was like NO" and cut the phone.Administration gotta think about you have such a long history that these guys gonna ruin itThe call was at 11:24 15NOV"

The rear window is a bad copy, the view has deteriorated. I immediately ordered the cleaning of the interior, instead of cleaning the entire interior, they cleaned only the front seats and washed the rugs, they didn’t even remove the dust from the dashboard. Unfortunately, this was the worst service experience ever.April 25 brought the car for internal cleaning, the work was done by half. There were traces of dirt on the trunk curtain, on the panels of all doors, on the rear head restraints, the box under the front armrest, and the front cupholders were left dirty. Well, the most unpleasant, ruined the handle on the front passenger door. I am new to Canada, but this service is just terrible, my disappointment is boundless.

Not professional at all. I was asked to pay a $100 deposit when I took the appointment on the phone, which I did. Then, on the day of the morning appointment I went to drop the car. There was 2 agents at the counter. One is on the phone and the other is not doing anything. The one on the phone (his name is Alex) finally asked me what do I need in non-professional way. I explained the appointment and left the keys with him so that they would do the repair. At the end of the day, I went to pick up the car after they had phoned me to confirm that it is ready. The acceuil" was much worse than in the morning. Still 2 agents at the counter. There was a couple standing inside waiting for one of the 2 agents to be free. (again one didn't seem to be doing anything). When I entered as well

Rude service, they quoted me more for a generic part than the Mercedes dealership charges for the original, AND their wait time for an appointment is longer, even for an urgent repair. Ridiculous.
