I got a gel-refill with Tammy and am in LOVE with my new nail design. Tammy is the best at doing my nails! She always listens to what I need and is very sensitive with my delicate nails! I definitely recommend booking an appointment with Tammy!

Got my upper lip and eyebrows done. Never had such a gentle waxing in my life. Of course waxing hurts but it was quick and she made sure to pull quickly and properly. I normally go red after waxing and I have none at all.

I recently moved and have been looking for my new go-to nail salon and I think I found it! Nina is so sweet and is so good at what she does. My nails were previously in pretty rough shape from a bad experience with a different nail salon and Nina was able to work her magic and make my nails look fantastic again! She gave me exactly what I was looking for and was so gentle and detail oriented in the process. Highly recommend her!

AMAZING PLACE! I’m very picky with my nails, I went in Oakville on 4 different places and honestly nothing was exactly what I was looking for.. I went there 3 days ago because a friend recommended me and my nails are perfect, I left there so happy.. the bio gel is really natural, is not thick.. is just perfect! The price is reasonable, really clean and the place is just beautiful! Also an amazing staff! I highly recommend!

Shellac manicure was awful, it completely peeled off in two days- I have never had this experience with shellac before in my life. The pedicure was good (regular polish) and the people were friendly but paying so much for a shellac manicure specifically so it would last, and then having it be completely ruined in a weekend where I didn’t even do anything with my hands that would cause it to peel is very disappointing.

Had the best experience here today! I came here for the first time as the salon is around the corner from my house. I booked with Bi who was absolutely lovely. She did an amazing job on my nails, was very meticulous and had me laughing the whole time. She did my nails exactly the way I wanted, and I left the salon feeling very happy. Thank you so much Bi!!! I will be back!!

I found Polish Me Pretty after another nail salon in the area did my nails then refused to fix a chip when I called them back the same day. Nina took me in, even though her schedule was full!Today I came back for my refill, and Nina did an amazing job! She really takes great care of your nails ♥

I had BioGel Full set done. I was disappointed that my cuticles and around nails area was not done, I guess that would be a separate service, I’m not sure, I usually get shellac manicure. I assumed prepping is standard. Also, I feel the gap between the cuticle and colour could be smaller.

so disappointed about my service today.this spa was highly recommended to me by my mom and sister, so i called around 11 o’clock asking if there was time at 11:45 for a pedicure. i was told to come at noon.I showed up five to noon and was told to go sit in a pedicure chair, then wasn’t even spoken to until 12:20. my service began at about 12:25 and just the cuticle cleaning took until 12:50. It was at this point I had realized my esthetician must have been in training. Other staff members came over to help her several times and I was not addressed at all.My service finished in about an hour, but the shellac polish came out extremely clumpy, and thick looking. My toenails are all different lengths as well. I was left with so much oil on my legs and feet that I almost slipped getting out of the chair.The owner was kind when I checked out, but I do not think I will be returning after this.

I have been at this salon for several months and although the services provided by Nina and Bi are perfect, I have run into issues with Nina several times, where she makes inconsiderate comments, and really breaches boundaries. I did mention to her that I want to support her business and would come back, however I do not feel comfortable being called “girlfriend” or makes childish comments made about me in front of clients. She also failed to respect my request for Bi to do my nails and forced me to accept someone else I was not comfortable with. Instead of apologizing, she blamed me for one appointment I missed because her system won’t allow you to cancel an appointment when you need to.I won’t be coming back. I feel disrespected.
