Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
Very much worth the visit. Buy tickets online as they specify the time for your entry.Lots of tour buses so come early and probably want to make it a weekday. They even have a great coffee shop up in the trees....on the other side of the canyon. The restaurants are also good.

Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
So.much more then a bridge! My first time, and now understand the attraction. Lovely history to the place, beautiful extensive paths in the tree tops and on the ground. Outstanding world class facilities including a large shop with clothing, candy, and tonnes of local products. Plenty of pretty sitting areas and snack stops, pick sun or shade and bigger sit down restaurant. In addition to the stunning natural beauty of the canyon, river, and forest there is detailed exquisite landscaping e.g. man made creeks near seating areas, triple thick glass benches that look like salmon underneath you, ponds, standing rocks...lovely wood open air gathering huts, tonnes of staff to help and direct visitors, interactive learning stations, exhibits, and well done educational activities for kids. I am deeply impressed with everything.Oh ... and there is an awesome suspension bridge :D

Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
This was the first time I visited the park since the late 90's and back then, it was really just the bridge and a gift shop. But now, wow, what a change with the added Treetop series of suspension bridges, the forest trails and the cliff walk. It's all so well constructed and consciously respectful of the natural environment. The gift shop is greatly expanded with an added food vendor with plenty of seating. While we ate, there was even some live entertainment with a young lady in historic costume playing guitar, singing songs and telling jokes. It was a great visit!

There is an admission fee. You can get cheaper tickets if you ticket in advance on their website or via Groupon or from Vancouver information center. It gets crowded during afternoon. So plan your visit as early as possible. Parking is available near the park. Wear comfortable shoes cos there will be a lot of walking and stairs. Family friendly area, very educational as well. Lot of food options - vegetarian friendly. Carrying a small water bottle helps. Open 365 days. Restrooms are very clean and well maintained.

Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
Spent a good 2.5 to 3 hours here. We could only pay for parking up to 3 hours and it worked out nearly perfectly. The suspension bridge gets very rocky when there's high traffic crossing both ways (as it was our first crossing). Treetop adventures and the Cliff Walk were awesome, as was the walk thru the other trails. Loved the surprise of the I made it!" Certificate at the end."

Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
This park really is a must see in Vancouver. The price of admission is expensive but it is definitely with the money. The park is absolutely breathtaking. Everything is perfectly maintained and sparkling clean. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The forest is lush, peaceful and amazing. The long suspension bridge is very exciting to cross and there are several other shorter suspension bridges connected from tree to tree. I have never seen anything like this anywhere else. They also have a couple of cafe’s and a large gift shop. There is a covered pavilion and plenty of places to rest and relax along the trails. Most of the trails through the forest are beautiful wooden boardwalks. AMAZING! Parking lot is right across the street.

Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
We had such a great moment at the suspension bridge. Everything is well organised and safe for the whole family. Kids can enjoy some activities organised by the owners. The views are incredible and you also have some food choices on site. However, I would recommend to go early in the morning as the parking lot gets full pretty quick and you would have to line up to cross the bridge. We arrived at 9am and it was the perfect timing to not be bothered by other tourists. We booked the tickets in advance online which help to get inside quicker.

Capilano Suspension Bridge Park
This was a great park, just large enough to go through with kids in tow without tiring them out too much. I could see how weekends might be really busy and I would probably opt for weekday if you can to really enjoy the views it is a hefty priced ticket so you want to make sure you get max value. I will say this park is not for anyone that has a fear of heights - there is a suspension bridge with quite a bit of movement even with minimal people on the bridge - it is a good distance to the other side so please be aware. That being said the views fromThe various bridges, the birds of prey, totem poles all made it pretty interesting and worthwhile for us.
