Dont ship items through them. I sent a package of clothes and shoes to my family and when they received it, over 10 items were missing. Ironically the items that were missing of clothing, would be the perfect fit for the lady working there.When I paid here and the parcel was weighed, it came to 53lbs. The label on the parcel that they received shows 15kg which is 33lbs. Honestly outrageous! DISGUSTING!

I have used this place a couple times and only JUST realized they have been massively over quoting. I was quoted $380 for a shipping that at most should have been $200. Never again. I wish I did more research.

Phoned yesterday (Friday) to ask about get passport photos today. Lady said yes, they could do that. Have been there twice today - closed. No answer on phone. Online ads and answering machine both say they are open 11-5 on Saturday’s. Very frustrating.

Extremely poor service. Had issues sending a RIA wire transfer. Didn’t work. Ok fine cancel the transfer and refund my money please. It took a month and multiple trips to the store because they never call when they say they will. Never call you back at all actually.Can’t recommend this business
