What a great experience and wonderful services! Super friendly. We received a quality commercial report with very good turn around time. Andy was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. No doubt we will use McIver Group again in the future.

Absolutely terrible agency. Will try to scam you through fine print in the lease and will be extremely rude when asking questions regarding inconsistencies found in the lease. Especially landlord Jim. Don't waste your time and money.

I paid $310.75 for an appraisal I never received. The invoice was in my name, the payment came from me and they're telling me I'm not the client and cannot have a copy. Do not recommend.

I required a residential appraisal in order to refinance my mortgage, and all this happening through COVID-19.My mortgage broker sent me to Jim at Mciver Group Inc. to get my appraisal done. I had a call with Jim on Friday and was able to set-up an appointment for one of his employees to come by to complete the appraisal on the following Monday. The individual who completed the appraisal was efficient, courteous, and professional.The turnaround on the report was also quick and was sent directly to my broker, minimizing inefficient downtime. Would recommend.

Appraiser lacked the knowledge necessary to do a thorough appraisal. He came in uninterested, dismissive and in a rush. I would never recommend this business to anyone. They are rude, ignorant and are in business clearly only for the money.

No professionalism. Very rude and biased. Appraiser was very politically motivated which has no place in the industry.

1st one star rating ever. Came in at a reasonable rate then was hit up by an additional 'executive home' fee at $140. Finished it off with a ridiculously low appraisal amount. I won't be recommending them to anyone, that's for sure.

We went through National Appraisal Services for a house appraisal to renew our mortgage and Paul from McIver Group was assigned to our file. Not only did he charge us $250+ on top of the original $330 fee, which we were forced to pay, he never showed up. We took time off work to be home and available, plus we paid to have our dog put in daycare for the day, to work around his schedule and the time he selected. Not only did he not show up, he also never called to notify us he wasn't coming and did not pick up his cell phone when we repeatedly started calling after waiting 45 minutes past his scheduled time. Do not waste your time or money with this company. Overcharging, under performing, and unprofessional.
