Went in & was told I could pay debit in one parkade which was this one o had to pay before hand only to find no parking & lot of other people looking for parking as well I asked for a refund on my parking ticket but was told I was only able to receive $2 back because I was gone for 20 minutes even though I was gone for this amount of time because I was looking for parking very much a waste of time and money
