Great little pot shop in Tillsonburg. Mostly friendly staff. Only complaint I have is there needs to be a few binders with your menu in it. Its such a pain to have to look through your options at the counter with others waiting in line. Binders would allow customers to browse the menu without holding up the flow of traffic. Other shops do it and it's so convenient and time efficient for the staff to deal with folks quicker.

Honestly this is one of my favourite dispensaries in the area. The staff are always super kind, knowledgeable and they seem to be able to get an answer any question you throw at them (providing that it's relevant)! The store itself is super spacious and very nicely organized. They always have killer deals and the free membership to earn points... It's pretty stellar. I will always recommend this place. Never had a bad experience with them!

Excellent, clean shop. Good variety of products. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. And I’ve noticed that the quality of the products just… are better.With happy hour and price matching, why go anywhere else?The location is perfect (not so much for me) but as a business.They have a reward system that you can cash in earned points for loot!!They have recently changed name and logo and honestly, I like the new one better.They will also consider selling a product that they do not normally sell. For me this is a game changer. They care if you’re happy when you leave. That’s a big deal.Keep up the great work gang, I appreciate you.Kind regards,JK.

Just remember, you're on their clock, not the other way around. 40 - 60 minute delivery times are more like 120 minutes or longer, leaving you standing around waiting and waiting with no communication as to when they will even show up. Pathetic. Completely unprofessional and now I will be switching dispensaries after this final interaction with Qbud. Out of 10-12 interactions, I've had one good interaction. Good luck with the future Qbud.

Visited the store for the first time last week and it was an incredible experience. I was greeted by a polite gentlemen outside who welcomes everyone to the store and even opens the door like they do in a boutique hotel! Right when you enter you notice the cleanliness of the store and how much the staff is concerned for the safety of their shoppers and the community (multiple touch-less hand sanitizer stations, protective sneeze guards and all employees are wearing masks). Their staff is very helpful and generous with their time for a newbie like myself, educating and recommending the perfect products for my needs. Dima, the manager, is also personally interacting with their guests/shoppers and makes everyone feel welcomed, I appreciate that. This will be my go-to store from now on, THANK YOU team!

Clean inside, super friendly staff, Ontario cannabis store. Sells bud, pre roll, vapes, bongs, papers, grinders, all other accessories. Extended hours are amazing, very central to downtown Guelph.
