He is not professional at all . my first appointment . He told me I should go and read about my issue on the google and after reading it then go back to him and he said he will explain me about my foot issue. if I needed to read on Google Web Page regarding my issue . Then why I'm coming to see you . I don't understand drs . They don't care anymore . All they know how to swipe your health card . He wasted my time . I am in so much pain and he know about it . He told me to book another an appointment so he will tell me again go on Google and read about it . Shame. Please Dr start helping people .

This is about lack of response for nearly a year after ordering a CT. I don't know if the doctor is good or not.I was referred to Dr. Alexander by ER at Brampton Civil hospital.It has been nearly 10 months since my first visit when he ordered for my foot's CT scans. He was offering services at a foot clinic in the Heatlake Town Centre plaza at that time. Not sure whether he does so now or not.CT scans were then done at Brampton Civic hospital and sent back to doctor and even my family doctor. Thereafter I have called, and my family doctor's office has called multiple times to his office leaving voice mails after voice mails. But no response at all whatsoever.It would be helpful to get this issue resolved as I am in a lot of pain. I didn't know what else to do to get attention (maybe) from a Google review.

I was in pain for months and was seen by two other orthopaedic doctors. Dr Alexander was the only doctor to actually put hands on my foot when assessing as well looked at the images himself. The other doctors only went by word of mouth from the radiologist. Within 10 minutes I was booked for surgery the next day. My pain was gone after surgery, I am now finishing my Physiotherapy and I am able to walk and play with my kids!

Dr.Pradeep J Alexander is by far the best specialist I have been to. His bedside manor is top notch. He listens, understands and actions ALL concerns even if it's not in his scope. If you are referred to him you can't count your stars. He is here to help. You will see results.

I'm a mother of 2 young kids. Had a bad fall 5 feet down from the porch a week ago and broke my heel bone (calcaneous). It was emotionally & physically traumatizing experience. Just the thought of not being able to do the things I used to do with my kids crippled me emotionally. I was referred to see Dr.Alexander for 2nd opinion by another orthopaedic at Brampton Civic. I was so pleased with Dr.Alexander's bedside manner. He had such a compassionate look and tone in his words. He assured surgery is the best option for full recovery on a young healty female like myself. He also noted he does 80 of these surgeries every year and most cases people do go back to normal life, which gave me some assurance. However now reading these google reviews of him, gives me that much more peace of mind going into surgery tomorrow and putting the what if questions at ease. I am going in with full trust and faith that all will go well and I am in the care of the best surgeon. Will continue to post my journey. Hope this helps someone down the line.....

Recently had my second surgery with doctor Alexander he once again he did an amazing job I’m so thankful for him and his team! Not only did he calm my nerves before surgery but he explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. This is hands down the best surgeon.

Dr. Alexander is probably the nicest doctor I’ve dealt with. He took time to answer my questions, explain the procedure, and explain the details of my recovery BEFORE my surgery. I can’t say enough about him. I’ve got 2 weeks of healing left on this arthrodesis surgery and my quality of life is already improving drastically. I fully recommend Dr. Alexander! Thank you, Dr!

Nothing but 5++ stars for Dr. Alexander. What a pleasant and fantastic doctor.Very thorough, compassionate and professional. First time break. Seen at Brampton civic. I followed your instructions from the beginning and your monitoring and care (requesting 1, 2 follow up appointments instead of seeing me once and shoving it off to my family doctor) I'm sure has made a difference with my healing - a huge relief.For the record, to make a follow up appointment you will verbally be told to be seen in x weeks and then you go to the receptionist at the desk and she will write out your card and give you the date.Thanks for your care, Dr. Alexander. Wish you were a family doctor!!!! We need doctors like you.

My dad had a forearm fracture and we were told that the surgery would take an hour or so. Not sure if this is normal but his surgery took 30 mins and was sent home right away which was so bizarre to me. He now has permanent nerve damage from the quick ORIF procedure and can’t fully flex his fingers anymore.
