Food Hall and Market

Tried out ichkaben donar kitchen. Ordered a beef schwarmA poutine. I was not happy with the small portion size for the price they charge. The brown gravy was so salty and strong it overpowered the white sauce they add (which i couldn't taste at all). Not much meat added either. No other toppings such as green onions added or any onion at all. It would be nice to see more portion added for the price listed. One layer of French fries was not worth the price. Wasnt very flavorful. Tasted like a home made poutine or one you can order at McDonald's or Dairy queen just they add a small portion of meat.

Wang Dao's is delicious! Good chinese food - very friendly staff! One of my favourites for lunch. I've also tried both the chicken and beef shwarma from Ichkaben Doner Kabab. Everything is great!

These guys are never ready. Sign says open, hours say open, but nothing ready. Came in at 11:25 and only person there was the Chinese food vendor. Absolutely nobody at the other vendors. Chinese food vendor said it would be 20 minutes or longer to prepare meal. Ridiculous.

A disappointing visit. The all plastic food containers create SO much waste. The items we tried at WangDao were not great. The lemon chicken tasted like it had lemon pie filling poured all over it. The dishes from Kitchen of Spices" lacked in the complex flavours I love about Indian food and the rice was overcooked."

I've had food from 2 of the restaurants. Some of them do take some time to prepare but that is because they cook from scratch. It isn't unhealthy fast food that is mass produced in under 10 mins. It's delicious traditional dishes made at affordable prices.
