I had the pleasure to have business with Top Level Roofing not only once. I got repaired roof on my house after severe storm and another 2 complete roof replacements. All these times I got fair pricing estimates. In the process of dealing with Top Level Roofing I always had down to business approach, friendly attitude, not shying away even from difficult questions, detail explanation of technical aspects of the project and most importantly quality result in the end. My previous roofer(H & D Roofing) was no where to be found when I called about my warranty(roof was only 2 years old). Shingles were damaged from previous storm. Called and spoke to Michael. He arrived the next day. He even had the decency to call that morning to say he was running late from traffic. I had leftover shingles for Michael to use. He replaced the shingles and price was reasonable. This is my first 5 stars for any contractor.

I was recommended this company by a contractor whom I worked with previously. Michael responded quickly to the request, found the issue, and resolved it right away (I had a damaged roof vent which caused some leaking in my living room).During this past weekend’s storm, my chimney stack’s cap was torn off, and once again, he made time for it and repaired it within a very reasonable time frame, given that it was the long weekend, and the number of extra calls that I’m sure were received because of storm damage.Thank you!

I called the company to have my parents roof repaired and was very pleased with the quick response and professionalism. Our house has had the same roof since it was built over 15 years ago and it was starting to show. Michael was excellent. He explained the process explicitly, and I could tell he’s very experienced. Even helped us pick the colour that best suits our house. We got to see the before and after pictures and I could not be happier with the results. Our roof looks AMAZING! All the damages and leaks were repaired. Thank you so much Michael for your above and beyond service and excellent quality! I will definitely be recommending you to everyone
