This establishment is great. i have never had any trouble with customer service or clarity. All of my questions were answered and the staff was incredibly polite and patient. Laura at the front desk was extremely helpful. The manager Mike was also very accommodating. When browsing in the yard i had more than one of the yard associates come and ask if i needed help or if i had any questions. i especially enjoyed speaking with Troy & Moe. The employees have great attitudes. definitely recommend shopping with siteone for all your landscaping needs !!

This company is very unprofessional and incompetent with a total lack of customer service. I ordered 2 big bags last week and they arrived very late in the day with no word from the company on an eta. I ordered another big bag from them for delivery today (May 15). I tried calling 3x before they closed at 5pm and nobody answered or return call from my voicemail. I have yet to receive my order at 7pm. There is no phone number for the delivery to contact to find out what is going on nor have I received any call to inform me that they may be late. I recommend using a competitor unless you like sitting around and waiting for your order not to come.*Update (May 16) called at 7am and got ahold of a rep. There was no sympathy and continued to make excuses on the delay or not returning my calls. No explanation in the lack of communication yesterday. She explained that she would get ahold of the driver and update me. It is now 11am, I've not received a phone call back, nor has my order arrived. I highly recommend that consumers try alternatives before using Site One.

I like the ability to use the bulk weigh systems.What is too bad is that they don't have the prices for the bulk items next to the spots for them.I wanted rocks. cheap rocks. But I don't know if I got the least expensive or not.

Site One is a seasonal company, with seasonal staff…. Trying to get answers on products is very challenging at the best of times! Although the sales individuals are nice, there is very little coordination with the purchaser.

Excellent service and fair prices. Your purchase is loaded into your car/truck or delivered at your door. Bulk material variety is great. All I need for my DIY projects at home. I enjoy Burnco visits.

The website is well setup so you can see all the products you can buy. I arrived at the store at 10 am this morning and there was a huge lineup in the store. Only one cashier was working even though there are at least 6 checkouts. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, two more cashiers finally arrived to help out. The loaders were busy in the yard but the wait time was reasonable and they were friendly and efficient.

I am just a homeowner who used to come here often when it was Burnco. I would load up my SUV in the back by putting down a tarp and getting garden mix, mulch, firewood through the year. Drive in, get weighed, load my car myself, drive out, get weighed and pay. Worked fine and the place always seemed busy with customers. Went there today for the first time this year to get some gardening mix soil. Drove onto scale and was told I had to prepay at the office first by telling them how many 5 gallon buckets I am getting?!?!? I am shovelling the dirt into the back of my car...maybe a wheelbarrow or two but I have no idea how many buckets??? What happened to getting weighed in and out? Woman at scale said something about needing to get a minimum of 1,000kg of product at the scale.....government regulations or something??? She was great but the whole thing did not seem to make any sense. Would like an explanation. Asked about firewood, which was simple to get in the past and you also paid by weight. I guess now your load has to be measured (length, width, depth) to get an 'estimate' of what you need to pay. This sounds really hit and miss and also way more time consuming for me and the staff. Again, why can't you pay for the wood by weight? Anyway, I am resorting to looking for Plan B and looking for a different supplier. Also, the place was a ghost town in regards to customers. Not like the old Burnco days. Hopefully there is an explanation as to this new 'system' but it sure does not seem to be better than the way it was.

Good place with a lot of selection however the seems like they hired a bunch of high school kids because 5 out of 7 times always end up getting loaded the wrong load or the color.

We've come here three times and 2/3 times there has been an older woman running the office. She is condescending and rude to retail customers and really gives you a bad impression of the business. Siteone's stock and selection are good, the prices are reasonable, but the service really puts us off of shopping here more frequently. I will say though we came in on a week day for a top up of materials and the two younger ladies working the office that day were delightful.

Lots of ideas for landscaping projects. I would recommend though that you have a landscape professional build you a design/master plan as the choices can be overwhelming if you going full redo of your yard. Side note Burnco also sells firewood.
