I have been going to this lab for 5 yrs now & always found them efficient until it became Lifelabs. Twice within a week I have gone in. First time never got in as I waited 3/4 hr & never even had my # called. Told the girl I had an appt down the hall & she said keep my # & they'll take me when I came back. Did this & was told to bad they don't do that, I would have to take another # & wait. Next time I was the 2nd # & still waited over 1/2 hr. to just get called in, then another 10 min in chair. Seems to be new people & very inefficient.

Used the save my spot" feature which quoted a 25 minute wait. I ended up waiting over an hour and had to leave because I have work. When I politely asked for my requisition back

Great location if you want your blood drawn by someone with shaky hands and poor eyesight. Whole inside of my arm bruised after blood drawn. Never had that happen before but was stabbed multiple times with the needle so... Go to Douglas Park location, much better staff.

They have been generally good in the past but today they failed with us big when they first said they would allow us the accommodation of having a medical support person present and then once the client was in the chair, they asked the support person to leave so they could put an additional person in the lab. Once all was said and done, they never even brought another person into the back lab during this time, so the client suffered completely needlessly. I am very surprised that they do not have a well-developed grasp on the requirements of special accommodations as not everyone fits the mould of a person without any disabilities.

The most slow life lab ever, short staff and not that friendly.Every time even with an appointment you should wait in line at least 45-50 minutes. I went there around July 2020 and promised myself to not to go to this center again, but this time ,June 2021, I thought they might be more productive but I was wrong. Still It is the same wasting-time place.

Completely rude if you happen to walk in and make an inquiry. And “you should know that for the last 2 years you must make an appointment”…. (The one star is for location only) a robot would be more courteous at the front desk.

Wonderful work, yes sometimes they take time and forget to call you right away but blood work is done professional and with no pain. I used to have horrible experiences other places, they used to do it like 5 times to get blood. Here it's like once and done.

This location has the best staff, in my experience in Langley both locations are excellent but I’ve been to this one more & I can’t say enough positive about them. My last visit, Shelley, did both my blood draw & my ECG & I watched her with other clients as well & the care.. Just fantastic.
